Empanada Convenience Store

My favourite Filipino store in Edmonton. They have a great selection of snacks and food. You have to try their Halo Halo! It’s so good. It’s always a treat when I come here.5 stars!

Halo Halo is really good! Big portion, too. Lots of selection in Filipino snacks and sweet beverages. The chicken empanadas taste just like home!

Travel: DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS HERE.When the travel agent goes on vacation AND something goes wrong on your flights... you CAN NOT reach the travel agent directly. You are at the mercy of the store person calling the travel agent (while on vacation) AND depending on whatever time zone the travel agent has their sleeping schedule at. Good luck!

A lot of selection of good products, including the ones from Philippines. I bought some juices, they are pretty good. Also I got Mango pickles I'll use them in my next salad. They also offer precooked meals which are located in their freezer. There is a huge variety of chips including the ones made with shrimp flour. The store is located in the west side, it's very accessible.

Friendly and hardworking people here!For those who does not know how small/large businesses and financial institution operates in regards to ‘credit cards’; the use of this for any purchasing transaction have fees. And so are debit cards. Within the conditions set and agreed upon both parties. Kung may issue po tayo sa transactions, kausapin po yung tatay or anak na lalaki sa store kasi sa aura nila makikinig sa sasabihin and will do what they can to somehow resolve.

Excellent service! I have been going there for bottled water for a couple years now. This water is bottled from a natural spring an hour away that is pure and natural.Great price and service. My favorite place to get bottled water in the city.

My Canadian wife told me that she had a bad experience today with one lady that not usually help us with this store. She got treated poorly. This store needs training for their staff. Hindi porket ibang lahi hindi na nila bibigyan ng maayos na service. I have noticed that It happened as well to a black guy that wanted to send money to his country, but they mistreated him.

Empanada Convenience store Edmonton, I went there to buy some grocery items, I got rip off, the cashier charges me more , she charges me the items and cooked foods 3 x of that price, snacks 3x, I got only two .. that I don't got that in my basket i only get two cooked foods , I bought 17 items but she charges me 4 more items which is a rip off and there's is no name of the receipt the item you bought its only grocery or cooked foods , or beauty product, a total rip off. If you going there please check your receipt and items you buy because you might get charges more, I check mine when I got home , I was wonder why is so much I only got 17 items and not that more money , lesson learned for me I don't trust them now.
