I love the simplicity of being able to make a quick phone call, speak to a person right here in The Battlefords and have my prescription request placed within minutes. The pharmacists at Fisher's Drug Store are knowledgable and helpful. They also have an awesome home decor and housewares section that's worth a browse every time!

The staff are rude and judgemental to the people they helped before me then also announced to everyone in the store why I was there. They seemed to speak rather rude to most people I've watched them help and me as well. I'm so happy that I only have to deal with this pharmacy for part of the summer because I miss my friendly pharmacists in Saskatoon. The owner of the pharmacy or manager should have mandatory customer service training as well as pharmacist etiquette for privacy of patients. It's sad to think they need to have training for something so simple as being decent to all people. If you can avoid here I would.

Insure that you are checking your medication! I have been shorted multiple times.. Today, they gave me my brothers medications and broke patient confidentiality. They also got my prescription wrong as I confirmed with my doctor and the pharmacy. I continually get apologies- however there are no changes…

Went in to get a prescription, the two different pharmacists I talked to were extremely rude and had an attitude the second I said hello to them. I understand its a stressful and busy time but if you approach people with attitude it makes them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The two cashiers that were at the front of the store and processed the payment on the other hand were very polite and friendly ladies so thank you to them for making the situation better :)

While picking up my perception today, a pharmacist decided to announce to everyone standing in line, what I was taking this medication for. I completely understand that it could've just slipped out, but it made me feel really uncomfortable. It definitely was not a private and professional experience.
