Branch has very limited hours they are actually open. When I was able to go when there where open, they couldn’t help with my banking needs. I tired to order currency, but was told that I needed to order when the Toronto branch was open, not when this branch is open. Another time, when I tried the ATM, it was out of bills. Also received poor service when I called their 1-800 number. Out of touch for people who work.

As a retail banking location, I expect the bare minimum of updating their voicemail on holidays to the actual business hours, as well as signage posting adjusted business hours in the windows (particularly when it involves closing earlier than the already incredibly short open hours). But no, not at this location or the South Albert one. It shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer care by the management.

I was trying to get appointment and after so many days got appointment ... At the time of appointment when i reached branch they told me that no one is available and reschedule appointment.When i told that what kind of service is this .. and suddenly the guy who was there got rude.Rude staff and worst branch.

I don’t think they have telephones at this location. Nobody returns calls. Would not recommend this scotia branch to anyone.

Very nice branch with good customer service. I used to deal with the South Albert branch but after a move this was the closest. I actually find this branch is much better customer service wise and appointments at this branch are usually much more open than other branches. I had to book an appointment to get something done - Grasslands got me in next day - South Albert was a 1.5 week wait.Overall good service and decent branch!

Terrible service. Extremely rude staff. Guy working at the front was not aware of the policy they have. Other branch at Albert street was fantastic and helped me with the same problem which they refused. Staff needs training.

Worst experience that I ever had in Canada.They deduct my 300$ and only due to their misguidance I lost my money.In addition to that they close on Saturday and Sunday and during weekdays they open between 9 :30 to 4:30 . So one has to take leave from work for any kind issues.

Went here to inquire about a certain financial transaction. Service was very quick. They made a call to get me the information I needed. Their rate was very good. However, at the end of the day, I decided to stay with my current bank to make the transaction easier.
