Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Called this location to book a vehicle last night as my car went into repairs unexpectedly. A woman with South East Asian accent who answered the phone (her name sounded like Senika) spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and booked a car (Dodge, SUV, all wheel drive). Reservation was confirmed via email. I was about to get an Uber to pick up the car from their location when I got a phone call from Enterprise (male caller) who told me they had no vehicles available at all. Very unprofessional.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I rent once a month or so and always choose Enterprise and always this location if possible.They always go above and beyond to try and make sure that you are absolutely happy with your rental experience.The entire staff here is great however I have dealt with Garrett personally several times now and he is an excellent brand ambassador and a pleasure to deal with, he always leaves me smiling.Keep up the good work you guys!

I was in a accident and needed a rental.I went to Innisfil street in Barrie.Well what a wonderful staff .Very helpful the atmosphere was very inviting.Travis was so happy to answered all my question . I am glad l went there.I will tell anyone needing a rental thats the place to go.Thanks again

Always have a great experience at this location. Staff are friendly and get you on the road quickly. They no longer have a drop box for keys due to theft which I wasn't aware when returning early so just an FYI for your planning.

Great spot to rent a vehicle. They have a good range of vehicles and staff is nice. I rented a car and the process was seamless. They may have one issue and it's the lack of employees making it really hard to reach by phone as it gets pretty busy no matter the day or time. Other than that, it's a great enterprise location.
