Their garden center isn't set up yet....otherwise it is a great place to go buy outdoor plants...I am tired of all this snow on the ground and can't wait to start greening up our yard.

Quick, efficient and friendly although they could use some improvement with their cash-out area. Small and congested for such a large store.

I placed an internet order that shipped from this store. When I received the box at my home, the item that they shipped was not at all the item that I ordered. The box also did not have any packing slip included to show what was supposed to have shipped. I called the 1-800 number and was on hold for 30+ minutes and no one picked up so I hung up. I called again the next morning and was told to return the product to any reno depot store. I wanted to try and support Quebec based businesses but Reno-Depot really does not offer a level of on-line service anywhere near what is offered by other companies.

Couldn't find exactly what we came for but found a replacement that worked just as well. The staff were helpful in finding what we were looking for.I thought I would grab some garbage bags while we were there and was a disappointed in the selection.Overall your typical hardware store.

Went there this morning 2ed August.Pick up product went to auto cash register. Had no bar code on product.Called the girl who called on speaker for someone to come get cost.Waited and waited.Got fed up and walked out.Went to Home Depot.Reno has gone down hill so much in the last year.Lack of personal, lack of initiative,just not worth it.Waist of time.

I was very very disappointed when I entered the store! 66 employees walking around with their pretty little Reno depot costumes on and after speaking with 4 different people and getting sent from one end of the store to the other not once but 3 separate times nobody could help me get what I needed. I was so disgusted that I walked out knowing never will I return

Canada has 2 official languages, your website should reflect that. No English means no business for you from me.Get with the program !

Won't go back. Canac is smaller, but they are for the little guy, the handyman. R-D is for contractors. I asked for help from two clerks and one sent me to the wrong aisle and the other didn't no what I wanted. Essayer là bas

This store is decent - but not what it used to be. Several years ago, under the Rona banner, it was rare to spend more than a few minutes in an aisle before an employee would offer to help. There were always many check-outs open and the store as a whole had a positive vibe.Now, the employees seem spread thin - and sometimes come off as tired, disinterested or unhelpful. Last time I went there were only two check-outs open. To be fair, some staff have been courteous and helpful - but it hasn't been enough to offset what I feel is a negative trend.The change has been reflected in the shoppers: Where once it was one of the busiest hardware stores in the city, with parking often a challenge, it's now possible to park near the door amid noticeably thinner crowds.
