Dylan was awesome ! Very quick and efficient and gave us an accurate time frame for the arrival of the blinds and quickly installed them. We had a fantastic experience and his pricing was also much better than anyone we’ve encountered! Highly recommend !

Quality product, great pricing, quick turnaround time, and most importantly… Dylan is AMAZING to work with!Being fairly new to Ottawa, I’m not familiar with the options around me, I was referred to DS Custom Blinds by a colleague of mine & I am very impressed! I work long hours & he was willing to be flexible and visit for quotation/measurements in the evening. I’ve shopped around and couldn’t find any other place comparable to their price nor service. Dylan was such a professional and I could not be more impressed with my experience. He makes everything so easy, comes to the house and gives great advice on products and wonderful value and price on Canadian-made products. He took care of everything in terms of installation and ensuring I was 100% satisfied. I cannot wait to hire him again for the remaining couple of blinds in the house I didn’t replace this time and I am recommending him to all of my friends!
