Wilcox Basement Systems

Had a clean space liner installed in my crawspace.Never had a water problem,till after this was installed . Tape on seams breaking and coming off . Lifetime warranty included.Called for service ,they will not come when I'm at my vacation house . They said will send the tape so I could do it myself . Service awful.!

what is left of there water guard system is a whole they put in my floor directly over there system so I can flush the system out when it fills with water and silt.Not one ounce of water has ever gone thru there drainage system without me having to flush it out. When you consider that the water guard sits on the footer and is level, one can see that there will not be any natural flow of silt and water.

Wilcox Basement Systems did an excellent job in my basement. The work they did was put to a test during a recent thunderstorms in my area. The system handled the water as it was designed to do. Keep up the good work.

Bob did the initial consult to assess the problem. He explained how their system works and how it would solve our concerns without being pushy or aggressive. He explained all the options available to us and helped guide us toward the one that made most sense for us. Anne, David, and their sons did outstanding work - and on fairly short notice. We could not be more pleased. Seriously, these guys (& lady!) are true professionals! They even left the area cleaner than when they arrived! Amazing!

Wilcox basement saved our basement! I highly recommend them. We had flooding problems whenever it rained.Wilcox worked with us to design a solution which worked great. They patiently explained all the various options and tradeoffs, and were very transparent with costs. When installing they went above beyond. They even sped up the process to meet some of our surprise scheduling needs, and thoughtfully worked around some other contractors on site..SIx months after installation they came all the way out (we live in remote location) at no additional charge to explain how to clean the system.

Professional, courteous and prompt.The same person who showed up to do our estimate was there doing the work. Felt comfortable with them in our home. Work was completed quickly and looks and works great.
