Nicole and her assistant are amazing!!! They went above and beyond, helping us purchase our first house! This was my first mortgage and it's fair to say I was pretty clueless! Nicole worked around my schedule and we did most of the details by email which was really convenient. She was super responsive and even our realtor commented on how great she was. She got us a great deal and made the information clear so we could make our own informed decision. The service we got from her was a million miles away from what we received at the bank. I would not hesitate in recommending her for a second.

Buying my own house for the first time was quite the daunting task! Luckily for us, our family was referred to Nicole by our real estate agent, with high praise. Even though I may have had a 'few' more questions about the sale than a normal, experienced purchaser, Nicole was very patient and respectful with me. In the end, Nicole worked hard to find the best options for our family, and helped us achieve our goal of buying our house without having to worry about the money side of things (well, in my case not worry too much!). I was referred to Nicole from 2 other friends, and have been very happy with the recommendation. Nicole sat down with us to learn and understand the specifics of our situation, and recommended a couple of lender options with rates considerably lower than what our bank wanted. She took care of the logistics of switching lenders, all the while patiently explaining each step. There was good flexibility in the payment schedule, and she has been there when we have questions. I highly recommend her!
