Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The hours of operations at the Kamloops airport location are so few it is impossible to contact them. They have a hard time closing out your contract; but had time to clean the vehicle between rentals. My contract ended Friday October 22 and I still have not received my email receipt! I feel the is not for the customer because I’m being charged for days it’s sitting in the airport parking which has been at least 3 more now….. come on Kamloops get the paperwork done and close out your contracts! I need my receipt and I cannot even contact anyone to find out when it can be done …… very inconvenient!

Really good service! Gave me and my wife a free upgrade when we rented a car from them on our honeymoon!

Best car Rental location in Kamloops!! I've been at this location on multiple occasions and Yev as well his associate Asa always provides me with amazing quality customer service, each and every time. Yev ensures that my needs are met and is always willing to take the time to go that extra little mile. Much appreciated and will continue to come back to this location for my rental needs.

Absolutely terrible experience here. I rented a vehicle here yesterday and returned it the same day. Drove my family home after having a vehicle issue while out of town. Did not even get out of the rental car and drove it straight back to the Kamloops Enterprise location to return it.I get a call this morning from the Kamloops location saying that I cracked the front bumper and it was my fault.I did not hit anything and I never even left the vehicle for a second while I had it for the afternoon.They did a 2 second walk around when we were taking the vehicle while my 3 kids and wife were there with no photos taken etc while we were there.Absolutely stunnned when the guy basically said it was my problem and I cracked the bumper and if I have a problem with it I can take it up with the claims department.He reiterated that I did this and that was that.I would not recommend renting from here at all.As a business owner who has staff renting vehicles all the time I cannot support Enterprise

Rented a car in Kamloop. The customer service was amazing. Both associates Ash and Vishal made our trip more memorable by providing us with good car. There were really flexible with the timing while returning the car. Overall, I will highly recommended.

My second bad experience here, the first was trying to pin windshield damage two months after I returned my rental.They are currently open. No sign of anyone, no number to call, been here 30 minutes. Private info easily accessible on the counter (someone else's rental contract). Wowsers.

Every renter has a different experience but for me Kamloops Enterprise was the best of all car rental. Not just I had an upgrade but the way they treat their clients was so professional and respectful. That’s how you treat clients.Also the car was so clean inside out. Such a wonderful travel for me.

I flew in for work for a couple of days and my company booked me in with enterprise. It was a great experience with the associate ( can't remember his name unfortunately ) but his service was delightful and authentic. Thank you!
