The company was very easy to deal with in the booking of my appointment. When Alex showed up he was fantastic! He explained the service and process he would be going through and was nothing but friendly the entire time!I would highly recommend the company and Alex!

Used this company for furnace, duct, and chimney cleaning. Very pleased with the friendly service professional service. Appointment was easy to make and they were available sooner than I expected. Will sleep better tonight knowing all the fire hazards they identified have been dealt with! Would definitely recommend.

Just had our house furnaces and vents cleaned. The technician team was courteous and professional. Alex tested and explained condition of the system. He pointed out the deficiencies which included a nonfunctional pilot gas valve that needed to be replaced. They did a good job with thoroughly cleaning each vent & return lines. Their prices were very good compared to most. Overall, I’m very happy with the job they did. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent! Fresh Air came on time and spent extra time on my furnace because it was very dirty even though our house was brand new. Alex was very professional and explained other products that could help us, but was not pushy about selling it. Would definitely use them again!

0/10Unprofessional. Terrible.They took advantage of my parents when I was at work.Unresponsive-Did not pick up the phone.They arrived late. Made unnecessary remarks.Did not remove the duct covers before cleaning". Parents had to finish the job themselves.Overcharged my parents over $300 for "cleaning".Seriously not impressed. DO NOT go to this business. NOT BBB accredited. You can do it yourself better with a toy vacuum and a kindergartener."

I had them servicing my furnace and the entire system for about 5 years now. It is an outstanding company. They are very well organized and very knowledgable. Alex is amazing, personal, sincere, and very professional. When they come to your house, they go beyond their service by giving you suggestions on how to maintain your system in great condition. One of these very few companies that REALLY care about their business and their clients.

our second time using Fresh Air Furnace and will continue using them for our Furnace servicing needs. The entire service from start to finish is great, received a reminder call two days prior to visit, Alex was punctual, very polite and there are no hidden costs or surprises. A professional level service!

I have had problems with 2 different furnace cleaning and servicing companies in the past who basically charged me for extra work that was unnecessary. A few years ago we had a small problem with our furnace. On a personal recommendation I tried Fresh Air Services and they quickly and inexpensively fixed it and did not try to upsell me unnecessary extra work.On this occasion our furnace was getting noisy and was due a service and cleaning. Their engineer Alex was very polite and took the time to explain clearly what needed doing and why. The work was promptly done and the charges very reasonable.It is a real pleasure to deal with an honest and efficient company and I shall continue to use their services in the future.

One of the best services to date!! Easy to book and make an appointment. They made a reminder call the day before and showed up on time and went to work right away. Alex was here and he provided a very good service, he cleaned the dryer vent too, he informed me about all the steps and costs before hand.I'll book again.
