One of the worst customer service from Shell by far. I was there for gas fill up and carwash. When I was about to make a purchase, I got pushed by the cashier to get the ultimate carwash which at the beginning I had already mentioned just needed the deluxe with under carwash and touchless. He told me only ultimate have under carwash and forced me to choose the soft cloth. Also he made an error of the invoice. He didn't scan my air miles card which I can get discount of gasoline, he said to me I didn't give it to him but the card was on my hand the whole time just waiting for him to have it scanned. Everytime I was at others Shell station, the cashiers always asked for my air miles card.When I pushed back and told him that I just wanted the deluxe. He said to me just don't argue with him, he was just providing an options to me. At that moment, as my perspective that was just a lie at all. I was there for almost 30 min, people was waiting behind me. With that quality of services and experience. I would definitely not recommended and will not visit that station again as well.

Have called a couple of times about car wash pass inquiry and whether their car wash is actually open (Shell is notorious for closing down their car wash when the weather gets colder, even though other car washes remain open). Staff have actually hung up the phone on me saying they have customers (apparently I'm not) or just pick up then hang up immediately. Just try to have better manners, please.

While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced at a dealership on the south side of Unionville Gate, I walked to the north side of the street to this Shell station.Just wanted to buy a lotto ticket, that's all.I didn't need fuel, a car wash, snacks or beverages although it's available here.Service was quick.

I don't know the person who made the negative review nor do I know the cashier that the complaint is about. But what I do know is the person who made this complaint wasn't telling the whole story in his review and the person you're making the complaint about wasn't even part of your initial complaint as he was outside of the time and only came inside when his co-worker waved him over.While I was waiting in line you yelled and swore at the two cashiers. All because of the car wash app wasn't working. One cashier mentioned to you while you were in the car wash that you can get the replacement code. For whatever reason it didn't work for you ok sorry to hear that but did you swipe your card as the person working cash suggested you do? You swore and called them idiots and you told them you didn't care to carry the card on you which btw would've actually solved you in getting a car wash. They suggested that you update the app and again you called them idiots and told them you been to shell car washes for years and again you swore at the two guys working cash. All these two guys were doing was trying to help you out the best they can in a tense situation you placed them in. Ya voices did get raised but if you had the card the problem with the app could've been avoided, right???? Maybe you went home and saw you needed to update the app?All they were doing was to suggest other ways for you to get your wash. I have the car wash app and yes the app actually does work and when it doesn't work I've never had any issue getting a replacement code since i always update the app. Maybe something to do with your phone and the car wash here?It's true what the cashier was saying as they have no control over the app. If the app doesn't work voice your concern with Shell since the cashiers did suggest other ways for you to get the car wash. What code were you talking about they wouldn't give you? How can they get a replacement code for you??? The replacement code I always get is on my phone. Did you want them to turn on their apps and give you their code? I don't fully understand that comment you made on your review.All I know is you were in the wrong here blaming two cashiers for the problem with the app which clearly isn't their fault at all. You swore and called the idiots and they never swore at you at all. As I mentioned before they did suggest 1) update the app you called them idiots and swore at them" 2) they asked if you had the card on hand "you said you didn't care to carry the card since you have the app" so since when they tried to help you out you could've just called Shell then complained and asked them if their car wash app was having issues at that location. But all you did was swear and call them both idiots. If i ever in need of CAA i hope i don't get you as I would wonder what you would do or say to me.I strongly suggest you remove your review and don't make a review again especially posting pictures of not only the cashiers but of the customers that were waiting in line and someone saw you taking pictures.Good day to you and i hope you re-think how you treat people when things are out of their control and they even tried to fix the problem but it wasn't too your liking but again you swore and called them idiots."

Stay away from this car wash. Tried 2 times, both time my car came out from the wash with massive amount of foam on the window. And the belt runs very fast going through the drier. The car was still very wet when the belt pushed the car out of the exit.

I have never been so disrespected by one specific worker behind the window at this gas station. I am a loyal customer, and have filled my gas here with my cars many times, for 8 years. This is not the first time this specific worker treated me with a nasty attitude. The first rude encounter was 2 weeks ago, when I filled my gas around 11:30PM. I wanted to use the gas pump and pay by the pump (not self-serve). The rude worker yelled over the microphone and told me to pay first, and go towards the window, so I did. I wasn't aware that I had to pay first before 12AM. The rude worker told me every gas station, before 11PM, I must pay for the pump by the window if I decide to not use the self-serve method. OK. Fine. But now? It is Friday, April 8, 2022 @10:50PM. I arrived before 11PM, and I don't need to pay first before using the pump. But guess what? This same rude worker, told me by the microphone to pay by the window first. OK. fine. I will do it. Upon the payment method phase, I kindly asked the worker if he can hold up the machine to the window infront of me, so I can bring my credit card and tap it against it instead. With hostility, he yelled and said Shut up

Some staff is rude (one female in particular has a bad attitude). Pumps freeze up when it gets really cold - a clear indicator that they don't maintain their equipment properly.... which I would suspect includes their fuel tanks. They tend to be more expensive than other stations around them.

Convenient location, price on par with others in the area, never seems too busy. Love the space between pumps. They do have certain pumps that have two diesel dispensers at one pump so be careful! Almost accidentally filled my car with diesel on numerous occasions!

The worst gas shell station I've ever been to!Unprofessional staff. Aweful service.Stood in the carwash line up for 45 minutes, the app didn't work! Ask for replacement code! Didn't receive! Ask the staff to verify my code number to get a wash. He refused and took me out of the carwash after another 20 minutes wait .... without giving me the wash.Another shell employee (Tom) said go complain to shell! It's not our problem that app doesn't work!

Nothing but attitude and poor customer service. Management needs to hire or train some staff. Balding Caucasian man 317pm Tuesday Sept 20th specifically.
