Out and about today decided to try it for lunch. A $14 sandwich goes to $20 very quickly. Should have checked reviews first. The sandwich was mediocre at best. Food temperature was questionable. 2 veal sandwiches and 2 pops $47. Almost said no when we were told the price. Waited for food then everything was rung in, for that price the food should have been spectacular! Hard to rate a o but being in the buissness ourselves it was very poor

Over-priced and very poor quality food. At least she has a few friends posting fake 5-star reviews. And no, almost $30 for a poorly made sandwich isn’t worth a “few extra bucks.”

As 90% of the people have said WAY OVER PRICED... I'm used to high prices as I live in Toronto but you get what you pay for most of the time in Toronto... NOT SO MUCH HERE...4 small rice balls had a pea size piece of meat and that's being generous the two Donuts were stale the tiny cheeses cakes were good but all for $37... NEVER AGAIN

Amazing local spot! So surprised to see the comments below. I tried their fresh sandwhich and it was made right in front of me and wow that bread so fresh and delicious. Same price of a meal at a fast food place, so why not get some real food for once! The desert display was beautiful and tasty. Everything had prices listed and the owner was a GEM!! I feel like the reviews were from 1 angry person who had their whole family attack this place. Support local !

Very Disappointed! Super excited to check this place out but spent way too much on a basic small deli sandwich. My lady tried two small rice balls which the owner was not able to warm up for us so she had to wait till we got home to have hers. My deli sandwich had barely any meat and was just buttered nothing special, my wife makes better sandwiches. Altogether I got two small deli sandwiches and two small rice balls that equaled to 34 dollars. Your better off going to Zarky’s! Will not be returning.. Jail house sandwiches are better

This place is overpriced, the service is horrible you will end up being overcharged there is no prices on any of the items the owner is rude and certainly not friendly.This place is a disgrace for overcharging customers for below average food items.

This place makes a great chicken parm. I don't understand all these bad reviews? The food was excellent, the service was great and the store was very clean.For those of you that want a 10$ sandwich, go to Wendy's - this is a great italian deli that sells quality food and the extra few bucks are worth it.Cannolis are absolutely perfect too.

I was looking forward to this place opening. My son and I went for lunch. He got a veal Parmesan because she didn’t have chicken. She charges extra for every topping including the cheese!! I asked her if she could make a sandwich as I don’t like Ham and she told me that she was too busy. They only have them premade. The place was empty. I decided to have cannelloni, she charges extra to heat it up!! Apparently those are only take out meals. My son and I decided to eat at one of her tables. It cost me $36 for his sandwich and my pasta and a can of pop. Way too pricey!! My food was lukewarm to say the least and was not very good. My son did like his veal sandwich. While we were eating, I was looking at the prices of her baked items. She charges 8.99 for a venetian square. Wow!! Her bread was 7.99 a loaf. I left not very happy and we will not be back.

ZERO STARS I am SO DISSATISFIED. The customer service is awful. I went in after a hot day , and I was already in the plaza So I decided to give this place a shot again after seeing the awful reviews. Waited behind a lady two white pizzas, bag of espresso beans and a small package of salami came to 85$! How outrageous! I could go zarkys for cheeper.I walked in asking for a crème espresso. I previously went and was charged 3.99 for this item than I go in paying cash and I was charged 7.60 then somehow went up to 8.60!! How was I charged 5 extra dollars! For paying cash. Not to mention I could go to Starbucks and get a venti for the same price maybe even cheaper.I am SO DISAPPOINTED. How does a business think they will survive with these outrageous prices.I will NEVER be going back and I am spreading the word of how HORRIBLE this business is.READ REVIEWS before you go in to this store. It is so deceiving with the advertising she does on instragram than when you go in store it is TOTAL OPPOSITE.I hope mama and other individuals behind this business feel horrible for the way they make customers feel. You do not own a multi million dollar company and if it weren’t for you being so extra importing everything you cannot afford from Italy than you wouldn’t have to up charge your customers.STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!!GO SUPPORT SMALL BUISNESS.
