Dr. Mahreen Razzaq

Dr. Razzaq and her team are exceptional. Dr. Razzaq is knowledgeable, professional, and very compassionate. Her team have always been wonderful to deal with. They usually answer the phone right away when you call the clinic, and otherwise they call you back within minutes. They are very efficient and polite, and quite a number of times they went out of their way to help me and my family. They are the best.

If I could give this clinic and Dr. Razzaq a -10 I would give them that. Such rude front office staff rude and selfish doc. They abuse seniors and have no respect for patients. She should not be a doc and this clinic should be reported and shut down. Do not go here.Update - the doctors office called my mom and told her that the doc will not sign the paperwork she has been asking for; for a month unless this review is taken down. Now if this is not abuse to seniors than what is it!!!!!! Shame on this place that is to help their patients!!!!Update number 2 - the operations manager (sayed) called me and threatened to sue me because of my honest review of this place and doctor!! I believe this now comes under the bullying category!!

Dr. mahreen is amazing. She is the true definition of an amazing Doctor. My wife Jennifer, my daughter Brooke and I trust and think the world of Dr. Razzaq. She takes her time and is so knowledgeable. We never feel rushed and Dr. Mahreen is always very thorough with us. I feel so blessed to call Dr. Mahreen my DoctorMichael Stergios

Dr Razzaq is literally the best doctor, she takes her time to listen to your symptoms and is never in a rush and actually cares about what you are saying rather than disregarding your symptoms! Usually the place is organized but the front desk people lack some serious organizational skills. They do not send over fax/referrals unless you call them a few times to remind them? which makes no sense but regardless doctor Razzaq is very helpful and does not dismiss you without any explanations. Overall, the staff is very friendly and polite.

I did not have a good experience here. There are multiple things. I would start with the most severe issue:1. I was prescribed 1 tablet a day. When I went to the pharmacy next door, they said the medicine is normally advised to be taken 1.5 tablet a day. The girl at the pharmacy re-confirmed and then they changed it to 1.5. That shows a lot of negligence at the doctors part.2. The Dr Razzaq was with me for few minutes and then prescribed me a medicine quickly. Like she just wanted me to leave. To be honest, I am not sure if she even checked everything properly. I have been to doctors for similar issue but less severe and they always asked me to get some tests done. I am going to see another another doctor just to be sure.3. The clinic smells like public toilet. If I wasn’t looking for immediate consultation with a doctor, I would have left.I am never going back. And I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I’m surprised this doctor has this many stars. Maybe because of relatives because she did not help me. Everyone knows their own body and I requested certain tests and she denied referral. She said I’m not Injured from what she can see but I said internally I feel like something is wrong. I don’t recommend this doctor. She doesn’t care about you.

Waiting takes too long and the Clinic isn’t clean + Dr Mahreen isn’t helpful and accurateI couldn’t reply to your reply but I have invoices show that I have visited you guys more than once and I have seen people who left the clinic because the wait was too long and anyone who goes to the clinic can see himself/herself that the clinic isn’t the best option for a clean clinic. Also Dr. Mahreen wasn’t accurate with her check up results at all however the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Update to review: I was actually contacted the next day that I posted this review by the clinic manager. The receptionist was given a warning and the manager apologized perfusely for the experience! I really appreciated the time he took to reach out to me and remedy the situation.The receptionist at this clinic is by far the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. She had zero idea what healthcare policies and procedures are and just says whatever is convinient for her/makes less work for her. She would not send my specialist the results of my Pap test even though the referral was for a Pap test review, she said they had to fax her - untrue. I am a nurse myself and work in healthcare. I also confirmed this with my specialist office as; which stated I was correct. She then promptly hung up on me / placed me on hold for several hours and would not return my phone calls.

Very thorough and amazing doctor. I went with the concern of heartburn . After listening patiently to my problem, She asked many questions . Dr Razzaq also did my ECG to make sure I was ok before I left her clinic. Definitely recommend!
