I appreciate everything you did for my dog. The receptionists were so comforting and told me everything that would happen and even showed me where I could go to get some food while I waited. Everyone was wonderful and helped me with my financial issues and took care of my beloved dog so thoroughly. I will recommend this place to everyone who has pets and I will be forever grateful! The veterinarian took care of my beloved pet in the best way possible, despite my financial situation. Love you all and appreciate you so much!!! Bless you for all you do. ❤️

Very friendly and informative staff. They did a very good job of keeping me updated on the status of my dog, as well as the wait time for her to be seen by a vet. They also provided me with multiple treatment options to choose from. Overall very positive experience. The level of communication the staff provided and the eagerness to help in any way possible definitely gave me a sense of comfort that my dog was in good hands.

The Red River Emergency Clinic does such a fantastic job of caring for our animals. They treated our animals as if they were their own, and treated us with understanding. We felt supported and that our animals were in safe hands, even in the scariest moments of our lives. I cannot recommend this place and these staff enough. Thank you for saving our Lola.

I was treated with respect and kindness, and so was my Lily girl! Considering the circumstances of our visit, it was a pleasant experience! The vet and nurses called me directly to give me updates, and they reassured me of how she was doing, it was really appreciated!!

They have always been friendly and courteous, when my dog had chocolate poisoning they saw him immediately and advised us on all possibilities and what they thought was most likely to happen if we took him home vs allowed them to monitor him overnight. In non-emergencies there can be a bit of a wait time, but honestly that’s true for normal hospitals as well haha so I don’t hold it against them, they’re probably under-staffed just like everyone else. Thank you for making sure my dog is okay!!

I have had to bring my diabetic cat nugget in on several occasions. At times he’s sadly had to spend a few days there. All the doctors, techs, and staff were amazing keeping me informed with phone calls, sending me pictures of nugget, and letting me come and visit him. This last month nugget had to be in hospitalized for a few days at a time a couple different occasions. They took such good care of my baby giving him the best treatment possible. Unfortunately nuggets body wasn’t able to fight the problems he has with his diabetes. He fought a good fight and surprised everyone and me a few times by getting better. But when his body wouldn’t take to the treatment the doctors were very companionate with me. And made the processes of saying goodbye as easy as they could for me. Everyone was the over the top amazing with nugget and me every step of the way. I thank this place deeply for everything!

Our dog Duke was referred to you by Kindness Veterinary hospital because he needed a blood transfusion. We got in within 3 hours and Duke was admitted. He got a lot of testing done and is now in a way better place and once again a very happy dog. The patience of the employees was over and above.

I have taken both of my cats in to the RREAH, one time for a few hours and one time for overnight. Both times the staff were kind, caring, and they kept me updated. My concerns were heard and they kept me updated on the conditions. I appreciated them being up front about the potential costs and that they contingency planned what I wanted done if things went downhill. I’m so thankful to have access to an emergency clinic that truly cares about animals! Tom is very grateful to be home though.
