We visited the store and were quite pleased with the customer service provided as well as the store products. Vento has the most exquisite and unique items I have seen in the city of Windsor. The prices are quite affordable too. The salesperson was attentive and responsive and answered all our questions.It was a great experience and I highly recommend this store. Unfortunately we went a different way but I wouldn't hesitate recommending this business.

Service was friendly and considerate of our space to talk amongst ourselves when making our decision. The quality of the furniture and craftsmanship of the unique designs in my opinion is far better than the cookie cutter big box stores. You truly get a quality experience. Would recommend for anyone who can appreciate modularity and outside the box designs. Both with their bold textured designs and 100s of fabric choices they have created a masterful cohesion of mid century modern design and forward thinking modularity. The pieces we purchased were delivered with care and were even unpacked and staged in their final location. We will be most definitely be returning with the next room we remodel.
