My experience seemed a bit different from others who came here and I was expecting a long wait or a poor experience in submitting a report. I am happy to say that my expectation was unfounded. I arrived, gave my report with help from the officer and left with my Report ID number. I did not need to wait to make the report and had all the information required so maybe that helped a bit.

i got my car broken down on perimeter hwy. the cop helped me to push it off the road I told him that I will move it ASAP. I called few tow trucks they weren't available that night I had to schedule for first thing in the morning tow truck came the car wasn't there the same cop called dr.hook to tow it it cost me $160 and I told him before that I arranged towing. it seams like these people have nothing to do. Winnipeg has one of the highest crime rating and cops sitting on perimeter and waiting for the broken down car to be towed to charge innocent person!!!!people!!! what do we pay taxes for?????????????????????

I spent an hour on the phone with MPI while in the waiting area here, as the officer I had come to report a crime to had dismissed it as a civil matter, contrary to what MPI had deemed my situation. As I waited in line to share my phone with MPI on the other end with said officer for his 101 on property crime, I was offered an escape via the obnoxious task of requesting name and badge number in lieu of the report number I'd been denied by this not young peace officer. Loved having to push an authority figure, one with all my personal info and the attitude matching a sociopaths, into a corner. I'm not sayin, I'm just sayin. Best way toward peace in this city is by pissing on citizens who choose the long, right way over taking matters into their own hands or otherwise seeking compensation while crimes are left unreported. Just sayin. I know, who am I to say.

Welll I give this station a rating of 1 star..and that is for answering the phone.. (which took like 50 rings) they told me its not their job to talk to my neighbor.. that its mine.. well I know its not their job. they are too busy with tickets rather then keeping the peace..I knew it would be a waste of time even phoning these people .. they just dont care...

Called at like seven AM to request some cadets to direct traffic at a major intersection that had its lights out. The phone rang for like two or three minutes then the call just ended. I'm glad it wasn't a real emergency. Our police need to be available and accountableAnother time, a cop had pulled me over on the shoulder of Dugald. While he was writing up a ticket, his buddy pulled up beside us and illegally parked right on Dugald to have a conversation with him. When he was done talking, he burned out and slid into the station up ahead. You have to follow our rules

I was driving behind a police cruiser from Dugald & Lagimodiere, to this police station. Whoever the officer was switched lanes 4 times with no turn signal and pulled into the cop shop with no turn signal as well. Do better! Also visited this station and tried to report child abuse, included a video of a man whacking his kid over the head hard and repeatedly with an object and provided the licence plate number of the man.. and was told that some people just discipline that way" and that there was nothing that could be done. The officer didn't even view the full video or record the licence plate number at all. I was sent on my way. Poor kid."

Nobody was at the front but the person there was very accommodating and was able to help me out.

Was on the wrong end of some road rage, tried to report the incident to a young male officer. Didn't take any notes as I explained the situation, He then basically said there was nothing be done as I didn't have a full license plate number and was laughed out of the station. I'm honestly so disheartened. Thought our police were better than this. I don't think I'll ever try to report anything at this location again.

When you call these tax paid employees they will...without exception always let there phone ring for literally hours and then hang up on you...without the slightest bit of exaggeration...literally every single time.Winnipeg has high crime...the answer? Pay for more police officers! Just look at the statistics!...doesn’t it prove that dumping more money in to this is solving the problem? Just look at the great “service” we get for our money!

Called, phone rang for a long time. No answer. Why do they have a phone # if nobody answers, which from all the reviews seems like happens all the time
