Messaged Mohamed about my dead computer and let him know I was in a rush to get it fixed. That was no problem for him. He asked questions about the issue, asked for a few pictures and the next day I dropped it off. He worked hard to recover the most important things on my old hard drive and was successful! I was able to pick up my brand new" computer the next day with no issues.He was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with.Would recommend him 100%"
