Working with The White Room was the best decision I made as a bride-to-be! When I was on the hunt to find the perfect wedding dress that made me feel like the best version of myself and matched my style and personality, The White Room had exactly what I was looking for. I worked with their consultant Nikki who was just fabulous! Nikki saw my vision and made me feel confident when trying on the dresses. She helped me make a tough decision between two gorgeous gowns at the end of my try on appointment. When I chose my dress - Atelier Pronovias 'Racimo' and my veil - Satin Trimmed Cathedral Length Veil, Nikki made me feel confident in my decision and excited for my wedding day! I shopped at a few other bridal shops for dresses and nothing compared to The White Room. The staff, alterations, atmosphere, and dresses are amazing! I can't thank The White Room enough for helping make my wedding day a dream come true!

I could not have been happier that I came to The White Room to find my wedding dress. From the moment I walked in, it felt like such a welcoming and relaxing environment. We arrived early to our appointment and they let us shop the floor -- first off, the selection at this store is incredible. All sort of styles for any bride, variety in designers, and so much to look through. My consultant was amazing and set the tone so well by assuring that any dresses that we picked to try on would be approved by me first, but she also challenged me to try on things outside my comfort zone, and THANK GOD she did. The very first dress that she encouraged me to try on, I was immediately sold. We continued to try on dresses, and she continued to make me feel so comfortable and at ease, really listened to my thoughts and made the entire experience so enjoyable. I ended up getting the first dress I tried on, and they did such a great job explaining all the next steps and helping me navigate what to expect.Something else I genuinely appreciated was that I never felt any pressure to buy, and every dress I tried on was in the budget that I shared with them at the start of the appointment. My appointment never felt like a sales tactic, which made a huge difference from another appointment I went to elsewhere.If you're reading this trying to decide where to go to find a dress, this is your sign -- I would recommend The White Room 100 times over!!

I purchased my wedding dress from the white room and had the best experience! The stylists there are all incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and make you feel very special when you are there. I ended up ordering a custom length skirt and they were able to work with the designer to make that happen! I felt like they went above and beyond for my custom look and I really appreciated it! They also carry a great variety and truly beautiful gowns. I did my alterations through them and everything turned out perfect. I recommend them everyone!

I am so glad I made an appointment at the White Room. I worked with Carmen, who couldn't have been more kind and down-to-earth. She listened to me carefully and hit the perfect balance between having me choose dresses to try and bringing her own suggestions into the room. She is incredibly knowledgeable about each designer and design and overall just made the whole experience a blast for me and my family. Love this place!

Went to four different wedding dress shops in three different cities looking for my dress and was so lucky to find The White Room! Their dress selection was great - so many amazing designers and options for someone looking for a more non-traditional dress that still felt timeless. Found a dress that I loved and the ordering/tailoring process was very smooth. Carmen and the team were so lovely to work with! Cannot recommend them enough!

I had the absolute best experience at The White Room. I worked with Jill and she was seriously so much fun and also so helpful. The two times I went in, my family/friends commented on how lovely and wonderful Jill was. Spoiler- I did not get the dress in the photo, but I did pick out and ordered a dress for my big day and I couldn’t be happier that it came from The White Room. The selection is the best I have seen in the Twin Cities. I highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Jill, she was truly wonderful! She listened to what I was looking for but also pulled a dress I never would have considered and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
