Kathir has been a most favourite of our family in south Indian cuisine. The food here is simple, fresh and tastes amazing.But today we were a little disappointedThe Rava masala does was not made well. Didn't had proper texture and crunch.The rest of the food was amazing. We loved the chicken noodles nice flavour and a nice blend of spices.Overall satisfactory experience.

Staff seems not interested all all. Food is 0.5 out of 5. Stuffing in dosa is nothing other than mashed potato. Price is too much. Make sure you get the right order when you order something. For us, they gave wrong order and food was worst in taste. Chapati was dry like it was made hours ago and they just warmed it up in microwave. Chicken that they use is frozen and not fresh at all.

I tried the Kottu and Fried Rice, and both dishes were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Kathir Restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Sri Lankan and Indian dining experience that showcases the rich flavors of its cuisine.

just an okay place for south indian food, not so great. their idli was not soft to begin with and dosa which we ordered was just okay. service was on point, clean washrooms.filter coffee was good though.

Kathir is one of my favorite restaurants in town and I bring a wide group of people for them to experience their excellent fish curry, beef curry, various biryanis and dosa.I have been visiting for a number of years.

I ordered ghee dosa. Plus point was that the dosa was crispy and negative point was that the dosa dough was extremely sour. I have eaten so many dosas but those were not this much sour. I asked the staff about it she said that we make dosa like this only so I ate it as I don’t have any other choice. It was not making a balance at all. I did not felt good after eating this dosa.

It was a good experience overall. We ordered Onion Masala dosa and also tried their filter coffee. Food and coffee was really good in taste. One thing I would like to mention is the use of oil in their dosa was less, which makes it even more amazing. Definitely give a try to this place.

A good place to eat South Indian cuisine, I visit this place with my family as my sister is big fan of South Indian Thali. You can also try a variety of other items on menu and some days they do offer buffet meals on table but do check with them on the date and time in advance to plan accordingly. The space is neat and the staff is polite, overall a good experience. You may want to consider this place if you like South Indian food.

The worst south indian restaurant i have ever visited. Staff there just been really rude, they don’t know how to treat their customers. Worst experience ever. Server with the glasses was just keep on looking and smiling at us. Plus, another girl came at us angry and asked us very rudely. Moreover, in front of other customer, both the server were creating scene. Also, when we went to talk and were trying to clear things up. She was not ready to listen and was just talking rudely, pointing fingers at us which is very bad customer service. Never visiting this restaurant and suggesting each and everyone thinking of going there, would suggest not to go. Sorry but its just so disappointing.
