A very dirty parliament bldgs. Police are violent and rude. Don't waste your money going there. It's a horrid le vacation destination. I found that out the hard. What a waste of vacation time and money. Stay away from Ottawa.

Very nice organized and informative site.One can easily decide where to visit in ottawa by seeing this website.Also they have an excellent page on Instagram and Facebook where local and outsiders can view amazing pictures of the capital.

Booked a hotel but shortly after I wanted to change my accommodations to something a bit nicer. Emailed, called many time and left a message but all were ignored and nobody after got back to me. Offers are nice but customers service... maybe there isn't any and the contact info is just for show.

Ottawa is a very nice city to visit. Great public transportation although this trip I used uber like transportation a lot. I was doing research at the Library of Canada and had a productive trip, but I was with companions and added a few days to visit the sites and sample the cuisine.Bytown market is always a fun place to wander through, buskers and shops and farmer's markets a plenty. Check the stall signs, some stalls are resellers " which means they can just go to Costco and repackage before they sell

Excellent service, though not immediately. Main office is presently closed due to Covid19. However, if you leave a voicemail message, you will get an answer by phone or email within a few hours, if not by the end of the day. Knowledgeable staff.
