Second experience is awesome as first one. Was planing to do the repair job in basement end up changing the whole floor because of the deal harpreet gave us. Very Knowledgable and friendly staff.Definitely will be coming for next project.

Big discovery today. I found carpet packing slip, Total he ordered 930.8 sgft but charged me(1232 sgft). 301.2 sgft short, No wonder leave my one room new installed carpet has two cuts and hall way with color variation. I need him to redo the room and the hallway. If I do not receive his response to me by the end of tomortow, I am going to call the credit card to cancel the previous payments.Lesson learnt, always check review before doing business.I will give no star for the dishonest,but the app won't allow me to post. I am going to text him this message.

Our experience with Tile Mart was terrific. Guri was very helpful - he helped us to choose the tile that matched the counters and some existing tile, gave us a very good price, and took back unopened packages of tile and grout that we ended up not using. He is friendly and personable, and a pleasure to do business with.We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Tile Mart for our next project. They have great selection, customer service, and prices. Highly recommended.

Carpet from the stairs were replaced with vinyl floors and the work was completed in pretty good manner, even though there were some delay’s.However the delay was acceptable because of valid and satisfactory reasons.I appreciate the effort taken by Avneet for trying to complete the work as promised.Our suggestions were welcomed and was followed throughout.Adding few photos of the work completed.The price was reasonable too.Giving 3 stars because there is still room for work improvement, the transition strips were not installed exactly below the doors which makes a little awkward when the doors are closed(can be seen in the pic).Also one of the steps is making a slight cracking noise while walking.Apart from that, the stairs are awesome.Thanks!

Fantastic service, exceptional price, and prompt delivery.We used Tile Mart for our living room/ kitchen renovation and Avneet could not have been more helpful. He was super friendly and delivered on a fantastic product with great pricing. We get compliments on our floors all of the time. We also got our penny tile from Tile Mart for the fireplace. All of the tiles were in fantastic shape and Avneet with super helpful with measurements.

Our project was for a kitchen backsplash!After visiting many different tile stores in Edmonton we were very happy to come across Tile Mart.Right from the start, we had great service from the salesman (I feel bad I don’t know his name). He was very patient and full of good advice. We picked out a few tiles we liked and were given samples to take home.A few days later after deciding on the tile we returned to the store and were handed over to Avneet and boy does he know his stuff, he’s extremely knowledgeable and had us sorted out in no time. The date for installation was a week away.On the day of installation, Shiv turned up on time and ready to go. Shiv did an excellent job installing the tiles, grouting and cleaning up.All in all this company did a wonderful job and we would recommend them to family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience with Tile Mart and specifically Avneet. He was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He was quick to communicate when I had questions and he helped me find what I was looking for when I had something particular in mind. This shop also had a good variety of products and very reasonable pricing compared to a few other tile shops I visited. I'm very happy with my experience here and I will definitely be returning when I have the need to purchase tiles again. Thank you so much Avneet :)
