Very impressed with Jack and the customer service of this store in Georgetown. Congratulations to the owner for finding and training such a marvellous young man. Jack repaired my bike this past January. I thought I needed a new derailleur, Jack saw that it needed a free wheel. Beautiful stuff, on time and way under what I expected to pay. Thanks very much. Can’t wait for the snow to melt and get out on the Caledon Rail trail again this spring and summer.

05/01/2020As the store closes at 4pm and I work until 5pm and get in town by 6pm, you can already tell that coming to this store was going to be a challenge but this store made it work for me. The guy on the phone was so polite and helpful, also the owner Matt came all the way from their Milton store to also make sure my sale went through smoothly. If my father in law couldn't pick it up they were brainstorming different ways of getting my bike oil to me. When I say that this store truly cares and wants to help you I mean it.To whom ever was the one helping me on the phone in both stores thank you so much for the great customer service, your help insured that my boyfriend and I can enjoy our new bikes to the fullest.

We had the pleasure of working with Jack today for a very impromptu visit. My husband hasn’t been able to ride his bike as the pedal wasn’t installed correctly. We needed a special tool to change out the new arm. In a mater of minutes Jack was able to restore the bike and shared his knowledge of the brand that we currently have. We will definitely recommend anyone looking for knowledge, repair, parts and complete bikes.

I would like to thank the young man who worked on my bike in June. He did a great job. My wheel was warped and I got it back better and more true than it ever had been. And all for a very reasonable price. Thank you for the great service during this pandemic!
