Went there (after being sent back from various others POs) for sending passport for stamping. They had stuff in stock unlike others. And the staff there is so nice and helpful.

This store disaster, owner have no clue about customer service, too slow like a sloths.they just gossip with the known customer and don't care about who's next in the line. I would like to give 0, Canada Post this store is spoiling your name. I don't know why Canada Post is not focusing on customer service. CANCEL THEIR FRANCHISE AND GIVE IT TO WELL DESERVED PERSON WITH WORK ETHICS.

I went there for picking up my husband’s mail with paper notifications. I ended up by telling that not allow without my husband ID , but the notification paper clearly indicates people can pick up in the same address. Then my husband went again later with second notice and they said it’s been return. We never have such bad experiences, what a bad customer experience . No consideration for customers.

This store is really convenient for everything. Photocopying, passport photos, faxing, key cutting. I’m quite impressed with the new management. Well done!

The man that works here is so nice. He went out of the way to help me when he was just about to close up for the day. My parcel had just arrived and had not been processed yet and I was leaving for a trip the following morning so he wen’t to the back room to find it for me. Lines are usually long but they work through them fairly fast.
