Being that it wss the last week and it would be busy I knew that I was taking my paperwork in without an appointment so was just going to drop off. The lady at the front desk was amazing she asked if I had time and they had someone woukd I like to stay and have it done. I said yes of course. I waited 3 minutes tops and was in and out of there in no time. Very appreciative. I have been going to H&R block for over 10 years and I bet this was the fastest it was done.

The worst experience costing too much specially from the students. There is a special offer for the students but they denied to give us (me and my friend). They were so rude and unprofessional and even did not made correct calculation for our refund. The lady over there was asking my friend to pay $95 for getting a refund of $83 which was totally hilarious. Totally against them and would never ever recommend this branch for filing the tax refund (specially in case of international students).

Terrible. I used the drop off option and was told my return would be completed within 24 hours. I called numerous times throughout the week and my phone call never got returned. When I did get a hold of the gentleman with my file, he said it would be ready the next day and then I didn't hear from anyone for another 4 days. I ended up getting all my papers back and taking it elsewhere. A stark contrast to the Esquimalt H&R Block. It lacked any remote feelings of warmth and professionalism and there was no apology or anything when I picked up my file. I would not recommend and I definitely won't be back.

The second worst tax experience I've ever had was here. In the end my family and I not only owed the government hundreds of dollars but also H&R Block hundreds of dollars. Now I know it's not really H&R Block's fault but there is a lot of things that happened that were H&R Block's fault and it caused my family a lot of grief. I would never use them again I would never recommend anyone use them and I would definitely never ever ever ever ever ever ever give them any of my information ever again. Ever. The most unprofessional tax people I've ever met

Had my taxes done last tax season, and was shocked at the poor quality of service and effort. Next year I will have my taxes done elsewhere. I had better experience at a different location, but I'm done with H&R block. Avoid this location.

Booked a sit.down appointment as we have a bunch to get done on our taxes. Arrived and was told that we did not book a sit down. And had to wait 3 days for someone to call us to go over everything. And then give us contradicting information from what we have been told by CRAWe used this location because it's closer to home. Will go back to our regular one next year

-I had to wait an additional 50 minutes to my appointment time (what's the point in having an appointment?)-Didn't file my taxes correctly and called me later to tell me my amount owing had changed (after I paid).-Asked if there was additional fees with filing (told there wasn't) and had to pay an additional $115-All around bad experience, waiting, didn't file taxes correctly, and charged me extra.I've had positive experiences at this location however, my last visit was so bad I will not be coming back or filing with H&R anymore.

The absolute worst customer service experience i have ever had. Completely unskilled in any form of listening and will only do the bare minimum to ensure that they can get their cut. If you have anything that is even slightly complicated they will simply pass the buck onto CRA to make any adjustments and say we can't work miracles". I would never expect miracles

Very happy with the service, all the staff worked hard to provide the best services. It was quick, accurate and respectful. My accountant ,Tyra, was very patient, she listened patiently and carefully to all my stories and tried her best to get the highest refund for me. Recommended 100%.

Hey so I recently got my taxes done at this location by Judy Johnson. She was such a kind lady her service's was amazing she took her own time to stay an hour late to do my taxes after she was supposed to be off. Not having the money to file my 4 years taxes at that time. She then called me at a later date and due to the virus I lost my job she was able to file my taxes anyways when she contacted me such a nice lady. Now I'm up to date with my taxes and I can start receiving my GST.
