I purchased a 2018 Volvo S60 from this dealer. The reception at the front from Olivia set the tone immediately. She was welcoming and helpful. I was next served by Carl and he treated my wife and myself very well. All questions were answered and follow up was done as well. When came time to pick up the vehicle , Nina was next to take customer service to another level. My wife and I found Nina to be excellent with paper work, training of vehicle but mostly just pleasant to deal with.

What a fantastic purchasing experience. Carl and his colleagues went above and beyond to knock the experience out of the park. There was an initial service issue and they were lightning fast to turn the situation around and restored faith before we could snap our fingers. The amount of care they took and attention to detail was more than I would have ever expected- especially since we were from out of province and buying pre-certified used car. They could have told us to get lost, and that would have been the end of it. Although we live a thousand kilometres away, when the time comes to replace our second vehicle, hands down it will be from Volvo Park Avenue. They had a great selection by comparison to here on the Atlantic coast and with how we were treated, at this point, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for EVERYTHING. I hope my VW blows up tomorrow so I can also have a Volvo from Volvo Park Avenue/Volvo Brossard. Thanks for putting up with us!

Volvo de Brossard provided the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership . From start to finish my experience was excellent. They were extremely responsive and did not use pressure tactics. In fact they went over and above what I would have expected. The service long after the purchase remains amazing. Worst customer experience and sales department. Visited store to book a car in VIP season but no luck in purpase.

At first we met Abdel which didn't go very well. He wasn't welcoming and the interaction wasn't good at all. We then met with Carl and it just went a lot better with him. He was very welcoming, listened to what I wanted and overall was a very pleasant buying experience. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most out of the deal. Hands down the best service I've had in a long time. Apart from the rough start everyone else was very friendly and cared about the customer experience. I will definitely recommend doing business with them especially Carl.
