Recently discovered there was an Old Navy closer to my home! And it's fantastic, great location. Sales associates were great, greeting me and seeing if I needed any assistance. Was just browsing but plan to return for sure! Highly recommend to stop in next time your in the area.

Can't get in at 10 am banged on the window and observed a sales person chewing gum folding clothes. I knocked on the window.Oblivious to the time. I left not going to return at this location Edmonton Manning

I am a very loyal Old Navy customer. Quality relative to price equates to favourable value, especially by being aware of and utilizing frequent sales promotions. I have also never had any service issues, Old Navy seems to attract caring and sincere team members. My advocacy for this company remains as it has for years.

Newly built Old Navy store so its got that new store smell still. I have shopped at Old Navy for years and have always enjoyed the experience. This new store is close to home so that’s great. The store is well lit and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have always enjoyed the clothing selection and the prices are reasonable. The styles of clothing is appealing to me as it’s casual yet modern.

Store increased prices on children's clothes before a super bucks event. This is not a great look.
