I had a very pleasant dream about this location last night where I went into Giant Tiger looking for a fanny pack for my dog and was greeted with amazing customer service from an employee named Daryn. Safe to say I will definitely be visiting this location in the future :)

GT has always been a good go to store. Naybe the last few times I've shopped there was just a miss but, advertised sales were non existent. Aisles were seemingly empty . Just looked ghetto and unkempt. This wasn't the case, just seems over the last few months. Their selection is getting smaller too. Qnd a personal request bring back your giant tiger hot peppers please.Still a customer ;)

Good value, but terrible customer support. As directed I left 2 voice mails and sent one email and was promised my message would be kept in queue and returned. It has now been over 3 days and I have not had a response. In the end I found what I needed elsewhere. I am assuming GT does not know their customer service support doesn't work.

Truly enjoy visiting this Giant Tiger.There is just about anything one would need is available, most of which is priced reasonably.Good layout, clean, staff is helpful and friendly.Not a fan of only one cashier while another employee's sole purpose is the push for self checkout. Would it not make sense to just have that person on cash?

Not the worst place to shop - it's always clean. Staff is quiet, never openly friendly or welcoming, though.The layout is wild, and you can get trapped in the grocery section due to how they have tried to define a waiting line with bins. Kids clothing section is tiny compared to women's clothing section. Overall, place is a bit wonky.

They have a bit of everything. I was able to find several things I was looking for, like sheets and curtains on sale and garden decor. It's a large store with reasonable prices. There is also a large parking lot.

Used to love coming here but noticing the store seems dirty and not kept up. Sizes of clothing has changed and this applies to kids, women's and women's plus sizes. My daughter and I had to return items as they were not of the same sizing as before. Maybe a supply change but it is disappointing and inconvenient for sure. Less selection too especially for the 7 and 11 year old.
