Trenton Pet Hospital

Our cat Smokey was brought in for emergency appointment. Charged Visa ahead for deposit. Cat was treated. Billed again and paid again for meds not needed. Asked for invoice for treatment numerous times and still have not been given the invoice and blood analysis. We are tired of calling.

What absolutely beautiful people! I was away on vacation while my dog had passed away unexpectedly. My son brought our baby girl to the hospital and they kept her safe until we returned. Today we went to see her and it was so beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to have the closure we needed. I am sending my dog for cremation, and they were so generous as to not charge a storage fee for holding her. This has truly left of mark of gratitude and appreciation for the staff here. Victoria would have been so happy for you to have been her full time vet. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!

Dr. Jinni and her team are absolutely amazing! They are a team of compassionate, patient, honest and supportive people. If you have an anxious pet, I highly recommend Trenton Pet. Their fear free and gentle approach has my dogs walking in the front door without being forced or carried. My pets and I really appreciate them!

Was very worried about my cat. She wasn't eating and was throwing up and many of the vets in my area aren't taking new patients but this place did and the staff was very friendly and my baby girl has made a full recovery! The only thing is I wasn't shown how to give my cat the topical medicine given and I had to look it up myself which the video stated the vet is supposed to demonstrate how to do it in clinic but I figured it out.

Called the front desk for rough estimate of a neuter for a 11month old kitten, they said estimates cannot be provided over the telephone, however they offer a complimentary visit and will provide the estimate for the procedure at the visit. Told the booking staff that my kitten gets very scared easily, was offered medications for the drive down, i declined it, as my family member would stay with him during the drive down. Booked an appointment, arrived with my scared kitten, scanned the QR code to check in, was called promptly and was told the procedure would be XXX amount. Very expensive compared to my previous vet. Asked why this information was not given to me when I had phoned, she apologized, there were reasons why I was not made aware of the cost over the telephone. I don’t necessarily agree with the response I received.I went back home without even entering the building.2 star review is that, i don’t think they are transparent, and my kitten was brought on an unnecessary trip in the car. Hopefully dogs/cats in the future don’t have to experience unnecessary trips for nothing.

By far the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. They are so warm, welcoming friendly and helpful. They truly care for the animals and the pet owners as well. I feel in such good hands with them. I personally love their app too, it makes it so easy to remember appointments, medications, chat and ask questions, etc. I am so happy to have switched to them!Thank you Trenton Pet Hospital you guys are absolutely awesome.Melissa

I just moved in the area a few months ago and Trenton Pet Hospital was so accommodating and helpful as my doggie had just gotten surgery. This will definitely be our vet as long as we live out here. They are very thorough and prompt and have a very kind staff. Every experience I’ve had so far has been delightful. Thanks for taking great care of my fur baby!

Great place to take your furbabies. I've had two cats taken here so far, one for major teeth surgery and one to be euthanized (old age).The staff are sweet and caring. Vets, extremely so.Price-wise, I find it a bit more expensive than my old vets in the big city but could be due to the prices rising from post-pandemic.

Very accommodating to a very sudden pet emergency with a tight deadline due to an upcoming vacation. The staff were super helpful and got my cat the care she needed efficiently yet gently. I'm a happy cat-momma!
