Guy who sit all day, no care either you are senior or disabled. No help from them. Mostly refilling station they do refilled your bottle and help you loading up your bottle to your car, But these guy... ohh. Jeez . Help out bro, used your muscle especially those seniors. Shame on u. You just sit and watch netflix on your laptop.

This location used to be great. I understand with covid 19 there are limitations one family member per visit and only 2 bottles per family. I respect that . My husband went in with 3 bottles 2 for us and one for our daughter (who does not live with us) and was told no only 2 bottles. So he filled only 2. When he was leaving a couple went inside with 3 bottles and filled all 3. My husband went back in and questioned why they were allowed 3 bottles. He was told that they were the small ones. I dont care that they were small a limit of 2 is a limit of 2!!!!!Not cool!!!!!

I go here all the time these people are really friendly what you people need to understand who are complaining on here is the customer is not always right policies have the right to change they do not have to email you or call you policies can be posted on Doors and other parts of the store don't expect to get your money back because of covid-19 complaining about it ain't going to do anything for you covid-19 has saw that I really don't like it when customers complain because they are upset over something they think they should be able to control do you own the business no and I bet some of these customers are pretty shady customers those are the ones that complain the most the ones that do illegal stuff themselves

Marketplace made a episode about these guys. Look it up its a total scam.

Today, I went to return 2 empty bottles and get my deposit back. I was told that they wouldn't refund my deposit. So much for customer service and good will.

This store does not honor the $10 water bottle deposit. They only give 50% of the total value of $10 deposit. Highway robbery. I would encourage to find another places.

The staff is really friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. They don't usually give receipts but will provide one if you ask. They don't sell empty bottles however, it's $10 for a full 19L bottle.

I bought both of my water bottles back in 2015 and paid the $10.00 deposit on each bottle with the understanding that when I return my bottles I would receive the deposit back.. My sister bought her water from the same place and ended up going to return her bottles because she moved to another area.. She was refused the deposit back and told that the place is under new ownership and the new guy does not return deposits on any of the bottles.. She phoned them several times, left many messages and 3 months later has still never received a call back.. Nevertheless, I still have my 2 empty bottles and thankfully was on my last bottle before having to pay for more when this situation happened.. I went in there myself to try to get my deposit back for my 2 empties and they told me the same thing about new ownership.. I don't understand how these businesses are getting away with this especially not honoring the deposit when it's obvious that the bottle with the H2O sticker is theirs with their address on it.. I have now taken my business to Premium Springs.. I will pay the couple extra dollars for exceptional service, delivery, plus they provide receipts.

Excellent tasting water! Reasonably priced, and almost never busy.Only downside is the hours. They close too early in the evening, weekends are worse. I guess I could use the vending machine they have set up outside but it's much slower flow.

Went today and they had a “back in 5 minutes “ sign on the front door and the door was locked. Waited 10 minutes and when I checked their hours on line, they’re closed on Mondays! First, who closes on Mondays! Second, why in the hell do you have a “back in 5 minutes” sign on your door on a day your closed all day?? Thirdly, why not post your hours on your door like a normal place would?? Such a ghetto place!!
