This Best Buy store is located near the Galeries D'Anjou mall but in in own building apart with its own parking lot. It's a pretty decent size and whatever they don't have in store or advertise online (only), they will order it for you. They will even deliver it to your home or to the store for pick up. Best Buy also has a repair service intitled the 'Geek Squad'. This service is not only located within the store, but they also do home or business service calls. Prices at Best Buy are pretty competitive and if ever you find the same item at a lower price elsewhere, they will price match it. Furthermore, if your item goes on sale within 30 days following your date of purchase, simply bring your proof of purchase and proof of sale price (cell phone with flyer or flyer itself) and they will credit you the difference in price. For those that are not aware, Best Buy also has an online 'open box' reduction section of items on sale as well as rebates for students.

I bought an LG Refrgerator i paid 2000$ forthey delivered and i checked it was dented on 1 side so they guy told me they would give me 150$I kept on checking and saw more dents he than told me i could get 250$ so we agreed I should have got the money within a weekI called them daily after 7 days took 45 days to get 150$ in a gift certificate that I could only use at best buy.I told them id like a new One instead but it was too late 30 days was passed!!!!Dont ever buy from there AVOID BEST BUY pay a little more get new stuff i think they sold me a refurbished refrigerator

They didn't want to refund a defective wireless headset, only offered to give me a different one. I would even have been happy with store credit.Even though their returns policy states that I can return defective items.Very easy choice for me to not buy from them again.Their policy:Returning a defective item.A defective item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, and must be in its original packaging with all items originally included by the manufacturer or by Best Buy.Which was my case, but they didn't want to honour it.

The two times that I came here to repair my laptops with Geek Squad the service was garbage. The wait to speak with an agent was unbelievably long. The first time I went, they claimed to have fixed my laptop only for it to experience the same issue a few weeks down the line. The second time, I did not hear from them for over a week so I called them and they told me they didn’t have the battery for my laptop and couldn’t fix it. They also couldn’t guarantee that my data hadn’t been erased from my laptop!! Luckily all my files were still intact. The worst part is that when I wanted to buy a new laptop, none of the representatives in that section offered to help me when I was seriously considering making a purchase. Instead, the employees were busy yapping away rather than doing their jobs, so I just left..

I came here a while ago to buy a tv when my fiancés 42inch tv got black screen of death but we could still hear volume.Theo in the tv section was super polite and nice, listened and answered my questions.I bought a 62inch Sony tv that day and he even helped me put it into my car.I will have to come back here when ever I need something else!

I used their website to buy a PS5 console, filling all information, credit card section, and selected which store has it in stock for a collect. The final page mentioned I needed to collect the item within 3 open days. Once at the store, nothing, the console was not there, no sign of the transaction in any of their system.

NEVER EVER EVER BUY EARBUDS THERE you cannot try it and once you spent between 150$ to 350$ you cannot return them, they don't take it back if the box is open but you have no choice to open the box to try the sound or the fit with your ears. Neither in the store neither online with the lady from the customer service number they want to take it back.. From now I will boycott best buy for ever
