Called to request information about their hiring process. Agent said that they don't take calls like this, I advised of an ad for a job opening. Then they just hung up in my ear.Part of my day to day is to connect clients to potential employers. I came across an ad for a open position for this local call center and decided to reach out. The agent wasn't warm or welcoming. This experience is definitely a reflection of the people and environment there.

Answer 365 is a very professional center, I really enjoy interacting with the clients that call in. Customer service is just something that you want when your speaking to someone and that's why I find it so easy to have such a great customer service aditude. My time at Answer 356 has been nothing but positive.

Normally when we travel we have to venture out to some soulless office park to get to the local call center. But Answer 365 was conveniently located a block from our hotel, near the post office, drug store and supermarket, and we were able to get all our questions quickly answered while making the rounds
