Second week in a row for a no show on the appointment. Doesn't say much for the business owner.

March 2th Prompt response. Professional on site reviewing work required. Excellent estimate with emailed details, with seniors' discount.Booking into June understood. No further contact regarding any delays regarding Heat Dome,Smoke etc. Third week in July Left phone message to cancel. Email response with deposit refund. NO COMMENT,EXPLANATION or APOLOGY

Pleasant and great to work with. Listened to my concerns and addressed them all. Was less cost than other painters. My house was in rough shape but now it looks wonderful.

Brooklyn and Student Works Painting did an exceptional job on our house! They were professional, thorough, and timely. The price could not be beat and our house exterior looks beautiful!

Not at all happy with them and suggest you call someone else. Unreliable in not returning calls or emails promptly, job was the price of professionals but they have trouble showing up on time; painting was done without drop cloths and spots were left for me to clean up for days after completion, tape either not used or what little bit was used was left up, cutting in was all over door and window trims. Many many ceiling hits and a whole closet missed ( came back to do it after informed) there was no walk thru when the two day job was done and complaints made after were dismissed as inaccurate.I did contac regional management who insisted local manager would never have done that kind of work.....well she did!

I was really disappointed overall. The house was not cleaned up at all after the job was completed, and it was horrendous. They also did not use drop cloths so the entire floor was covered in speckles of paint. I complained about all of the issues and they arranged to have the floors scrubbed, but unfortunately it did not actually happen. I am 7 months pregnant so you can imagine how difficult it will be for me to now crawl around on my hands and knees scratching off all of the paint off the floor. They also left some painters tape up, did not fill all of the holes and left visible brush strokes in the stairway. For $2500 I expected a professional level job but instead I got a worse off job than I could have done myself. Will not be recommending this company to others.

NO SHOW!!!Made many attempts contacting Brooklyn leaving messages to rebook but none were returned. Also contacted the main office many times speaking with Nicole letting her know what was happening. She said someone would get in touch with me and my place would get painted. Never happened. Don't waste your time with this company, it seems they pick and choose. Heard from many people about them being NO SHOWS. Very disappointed as it was a huge waste of my time!

I arranged for my painting to be done in summer 2021, but they never showed up or did not call. Finally came this year. The painting of the bedroom is not as acceptable as they were to match paint to colour that was on three walls. I knew it would not be a perfect match but the new paint is a MUCH darker paint and where they stopped is the middle of the wall. They also used indoor paint for the exterior door. I have called 6-7 times and I am still waiting.

Had high hopes for this place. Brooklyn never returned our calls or messages when trying to book a day to come paint, even called the main desk to let them know what was happening and still heard nothing. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
