Moneysworth & Best Quality Shoe Repair

I purchased laces for my dress shoes from here on March 4, 2020. I replaced the laces on my shoes and only used them three times (including the Wednesday of purchase) before they began to fray.I went back today (March 10, 2020) to see if they would replace the laces. I showed the associate at the store my frayed laces and mentioned that I purchased them from him a week ago. He took a look at them briefly and said You didn't buy those from here. We don't sell those."I told him

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These guys will rip you off. Zero respect for their customers. I bought a product at full price that didn't fit and they refused to give me a refund when I returned it 10 minutes later!I have heard terrible things about their shoe repair" services as well."

These guys are absolutely amazing! I take all my shoes there (mainly Ferragamo and Gucci), and I could not be happier with the results. They do amazing work, and I also receive fantastic service! I highly recommend these guys!

I have been taking my shoes to Kia for years; his location is convenient for a busy working mom in finance like myself (or anyone who works in the financial district). He provides exceptional, fast, and personal service for a great price. I take my Manolo Blahniks there and they treat them with the utmost care. My shoes have never lasted longer. Highly recommend!

Made some keys here at a very reasonable price and they all worked. In and out in 5 minutes.

I went in (First Canadian Place location) after the zipper on my winter boot broke. The man at the counter was friendly and gave good advice on where I might find an exact match for my zipper. He gave me the date the boots would be done (2 business days). It cost $50, which I think is fair because zipper replacement is a lot of work. Would recommend for a friendly and quick job.

I moved offices and needed to repair a pair of Gucci dress shoes. This shop was downstairs and I didn't see anything bad posted online so I decided to give them a try.I brought my shoe and explained the issue. I had a squeak on one shoe. The owner said he can fix it no problem and said it would cost $120. Also he suggested to change the rubber soles, which I agreed for another $30. It was right after New Years and he said it would take longer than usual and gave me the date of 18th January. I agreed.Fast forward and I come back to pick up my shoes. The owner was not there but someone else. They couldn't find my shoes. I had to go inside their shop and look for my shoes. Then he put me on skype video and called the owner and I had to explain what my shoes look like. Anyways they couldn't find them and ask me to come next day. I come next day, he find them but he made zero work on them. He forgot. He asks me to come back in two days.I come back in two days and he hands me back the shoes. Giant scratch across the front of one shoe. Also his work on the rubber soles was a monstrosity. He attached basically an inch thick sole. I argue with him and he tells me I brought it with a scratch. He said to give him time and he will analyze and zoom his cameras to prove that I gave him damages shoes.I show up to pick up my shoes. I don't know what he did but the shoes were a different shade of black but the scratch was gone. Honestly, I can't deal with this anymore so I take the shoes and go.To anyone who reads this. Be warned and stay away. I hope he will go out of business. This individual ruins shoes instead of fixing them.

Stopped by to repair scuffs on my new boots. The service was quick and neat. Took a total of 10 mins, and good quality of work. Would highly recommend!

The worst. There’s nothing worst than feeling ripped off. Staff is lazy and unprofessional. Paid 45 dollars to get a stain off my heel. Was told they had to wash the whole thing. Shoes weren’t even dirty. But I went along with it. They asked if I wanted to wash the inside too, I said ok.It comes back, beige suede all gross, inside was still dirty. I had to wipe it myself. I’m surprised they’re still in business. Oil stain still on my shoe. Don’t bring your designer shoes here. You’ll get ripped off and you’re better off not going there. Super sad since these were my wedding shoes.

I had a leather purse strap repaired and they did a horrendous job. The finished product looked cheap and sloppy (they didn't sew the stitching in a straight line). I wouldn't come back nor would I recommend this to anyone.
