Amazing tech support, just moved to these guys and they figured out why my old host was throttling my service. They have an addon that compresses all the images on your site makes it super fast.

This hosting service is terrible. They host my Wordpress site and on multiple occasions they've performed some maintenance or have had server issues that have caused my site to either go down completely or display some old version from 6 months ago.I've currently been dealing with their help desk for over a day and a half to try and get them to restore a backup to correct a problem with the site that they again caused.No one is following up, and I have no idea whats going on. Stay away from these guys.

Thanks for rescuing my website! I had trouble with my old host, and these guys/and gals took care of me. I can't thank them enough for all their assistance, I was freaked out that I would never see my site again.

Jan 11-2016-We have been trying to get support for a week from Host Utopia to get our FTP access to the server to no avail. We now have 4 of our people, including 2 experienced IT staff, trying to get Host Utopia to give us what we need to access our site. How hard can it be for the support team at Host Utopia to do their jobs? I'm very disappointed that they're holding us to ransom at this point. What does one have to do to get support at Host Utopia. Does anyone have an answer? We've never, nor have our third party Forensic IT Professionals, dealt with a more unprofessional hosting company.

Great crew to work with. They helped us relocate about 50 Canadian clients to their services from a company we purchased. Everything went like clockwork, great knowledgable staff to work with.

Exceptional attention to detail, excellent customer service (especially to Techno Newbies). They also actually answer their phone and/or phone you back, when, as a potential new customer, you call! Their fee to help you transition a website to their Hosting Site is very low compared to others and well worth it. Great overall experience!

Even though I've been using this company for web hosting for almost 6 years, their service and support has now dropped to the point of non-existent.On Friday Feb 12 at 9am, Host Utopia were hit with a DoS (Denial of Service) attack. It disrupted them so badly they had to shut down everything. This included their own website. The only notice customers got was finding their websites no longer working. There was no email, nor any notice posted on Facebook, or Twitter of their status. They were oddly silent on the whole affair. The only message was a crude audio recording on their toll-free phone line.The audio message said to expect outages of 2-24 hours. Fair enough I thought to myself. But as I am writing this, it's been 56 hours down with still no information on when my site or my clients sites will be back up. I opened a support ticket Saturday Feb 13 after 24 hours had passed, but all I get is “we’re working on it”. Sure they are.I’ve now made arrangements to use an alternate hosting service as Host Utopia cannot be trusted to maintain their level of service they brag about.This was a better run company when it was Ace of Space.
