Insight Eye Care

*Updated - after I posted my original review, Insight reached out to me to listen and help resolve the issues I was having. I was impressed that they cared enough to contact me and do their best to make it right. *Original review - I’m very disappointed with my interactions with Insight. I clearly and repeatedly identified what I would be using my new glasses for and was told that the type of lenses they were recommending would be suitable. Based on my budget, I chose a frame that was more expensive than I would have otherwise chosen if I had known that I would ultimately require more expensive lenses. When I found that the first glasses weren’t working, Insight tried unsuccessfully to adjust them and I was told that I needed the significantly more expensive lenses. Because I’ve spent my budget I’m now stuck with glasses that don’t meet my needs.

My family & I have been coming to Insight Eye Care for years. Every experience with the staff and optometrists has been wonderful. Excellent customer service. They recently went above and beyond for my daughter who had an eye infection with last minute appointments over the holiday season. Highly recommend.

I can only give a 5/5 but Insight deserves a 20/20. I have been a patient here for 5 years and I recommend Insight to everyone. Dr. Tiffany is a legend, so much so that I look forward to my eye exams. She is professional, knowledgable, and an all round fantastic Doctor. If you can - definitely request to be one of Dr. Tiffany's patients.I write this review wearing my brand new glasses that the DREAM TEAM aka Celine and Matty helped me pick out. I'll admit I was nervous - the walls of glasses are intimidating - the shapes the sizes the colours, oh my. Celine and Matty made the process comfortable and honestly incredibly fun. We laughed, we joked and at the end of it I have a pair of glasses that took my face from gorgeous to Drop Dead Gorgeous.All in all it blows my mind that there are other optometry clinics in the city when Insight is so very clearly the best. Just go in and ~see~ for yourself

I have never… and I can confidently confirm never had a better service experience!I took my 89 yr old mother in to get new glasses as hers had broken. Very first thing they were concerned about was fixing her old glasses. Then an optical exam and then onto new glasses.Today was a joy! Mike, the optician showed up at my moms retirement home and personally fit her with her new glassesNo word…. Best service ever. And she loves them!

I've had many great experiences with Insight! I've been going here for several years now, and I've liked every pair that I've gotten. In particular, Neil has been super helpful making sure I got the right frames. He's very knowledgable and has been patient with me as I try on many different frames.Over the years, I've been trying to choose more unique frames, and they have a bunch of options. They have brands and styles that are now favorites of mine, that I can't find anywhere else. I have a couple now that I rotate between, which is great.

Fantastic Experience. Celine was a gem and helped us choose unique and fun frames that felt like us. They're beyond professional, they make a personal connection too. They know their product and have really helpful advice.

This place is the very best when it comes to amazing, unique and styled for you glasses & sunglasses. The team is great and easy to work with and generally 10x more knowledgeable than any other generic glasses shop you'll find.

Tremendous support picking out an awesome pair of glasses. I loved the frames and progressive lenses so much, I came back for two more pairs!! Thank you to Michelle for patience and amazing taste in helping me pick out the best looks. Who says progressives aren’t cool?

I absolutely LOVE Insight Eye Care and reccomend them all the time to my friends and family. I originally went to Insight in 2019 to get a second opinion on a prescription that wasn't aggreeing with me and Dr. Tiffany was the absolute best Optometrist I have ever experienced. She genuinely listened to my concerns and put my main request first, which I appreciated to no end. I went back this year for routine my eye exam and to get a new pair of frames, and left feeling even more cared for! I was fitted for glasses by Celine, who was absolutely amazing as well, and who I loved working with. She really helped me out and made the entire process such a fun experience for me - I literally cannot say enough amazing things! 10/10 would recommend Insight to anyone looking for somewhere to go to take care of their eyes!
