It isn't my first time purchasing glasses here but this past experience was really great thanks to Noufel's kind help. He provided me with incredibly rapid service as I was leaving town and my glasses had suddenly broken. The selection of styles and frames is fantastic and the extra care by the staff really makes a difference.

Ali & Hussein were entirely professional. They took their time and help me get the best pair of sun glasses I have ever purchased. They were respectful to my father as well and helped him get a great pair of glasses too. I’ve never had a better shopping experience due to the quality of the Gucci Glasses I purchased and the excellent customer service. 10/10 5 stars.

Pros: I was very satisfied with the service received, from the pre-test & optometrist to the service after the exam.Cons: Unfortunately, their frame selection wasn't well suited to me, the business hours are very limited and their pricing only makes sense if you want to buy 2 sets of glasses.

Amazing experience! Very fast service, everyone there is so kind and they didn't rush me when I was trying on glasses. This is the only place I'll go to in the future. :)

Great place. I went in several weeks ago with bent glasses, unsure if I could have them fixed or if I needed to cough up $ for new ones. Really friendly staff, helpful and they ended fixing them no charge. When they’re needed to be replace I’ll buy here.

I’ve been wearing glasses my entire life - and this is the best experience looking for glasses I ever had!I am so grateful for the Visique team, they saved me.They REALLY care and it sets them apart. I only just got home and I’ve already recommended them to a friend.Here’s the story:My glasses literally split into 2 pieces. I called around to a bunch of different optometrists and because of my high astigmatism I was told I couldn’t get a replacement for 2-3 weeks.I called Visique and they assured me they could help - and they did!They found a frame they put my old lenses into so I have something to wear until my new pair is ready.The optometrist was also fantastic. I’m very light sensitive and she was very careful about it.She also gave me some great insight about ways I can find relief for my dry and light-sensitive eyes.I’m thrilled with the service. They set the bar high. If you’re looking for a team who really cares they are ‘there’ for you!

Called and managed to get a same-day appointment to reattach the nylon to the lens. Hussein managed to fix it in a few minutes and helped show me the proper way to clean the lenses. Great storefront, great service.

Friendly staff and quick service. Had an eye exam here, got an appointment for the very next day that I called. The exam was thorough and the optometrist explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!

Book an appointment here if you enjoy waiting 3+ weeks for your exam, organizing your whole day around getting your eyes dilated, and then arrive to the office to be told the doctor canceled his whole day and no one notified you. Not thrilled.Also, when I got my eyes tested here and went to check out their frames, they asked me what kind of frames that I want (neutral, silver or gold coloured, round). They then showed me everything EXCEPT what I asked for. After 30 minutes of this I decided it was probably time to go, but on my way out the door took a quick look into their women's section. Immediately I found exactly the style of frames I asked for. Why does gender matter for glasses? Where do you think I'm putting my glasses??? Annoyed to have my time wasted like that.

I had 3 pair of glasses (prescription, prescription sunglasses and snow goggle inserts) made there and everytime, I received extremely friendly and competent service. Plus, with a true buy one get one free, it wasn't too expensive.
