Building parfait ! Ménage impeccable !!! Locataire agréable !GESTION POURRIE !!!Depuis le changement de propriétaire il y a environ 4mois, impossible d'avoir de l'assistance.Il est écrit à la réception d'appeler au numéro pour de l'assistance, mais quand tu appels IMPOSSIBLE de parler a quelqu'un! J'ai appelé plus de 20 fois (en 4 mois), laissez des messages, envoyer des messages textes, des courriels et JAMAIS, mais JAMAIS on retourne les appels ou on nous réponds.Il est supposé avoir quelqu'un de 8h à 5h du lundi au vendredi en bas pour la gestion, 50% du temps il n'y a personne.Et quand finalement il y a quelqu'un, ils nous disent : on va vous rappeler et deviner quoi ? J'attends encore un rappelSi par malheur, tout oublie ou perd ta clé après 5h ou les fin de semaines, hahahaha prend un hôtel parce que personne va venir t'aider !Nous payons un prix de fou pour rester au James, et même pas capable d'avoir de l'assistance pour louer un locker, avoir un 2eme parking ou simplement louer les salles de réception.Décevant !

They announce prices for rental units on Du Proprio but big surprise ,they don't have anything available at that price. Additionally, don't bother to send them a email in English because you will receive a lengthy French response, that in my case went to my junk mail. Where it belongs.

Building management is professionnal, service requests are attended to in a timely manner and the cleaning service is good. Overall positive experience.However, it will be nice when the construction sounds in the morning are over.

This building has been absolutely terrible. From the management, to the noise (construction starting at 7:00 a.m.), to the terrible quality of materials used. If you want to live somewhere where all they care about is the money and NOT the tenants, this may be the place for you. We did not have a screen door for 11 months, had paint on the floors when we moved in and they told us to take it off ourselves, management never answered calls or texts (so if you have a problem, goodluck) and they dont want to hear about anything thats going on in the building. Ive been reading all of the negative reviews and they always says to e-mail wecare@capreit but let me tell you that they dont care. Emailing them is just a waste of time. Once you sign your lease, you could forget about getting any kind of service. It took management sometimes up to 2 weeks to answer. Please do yourself a favour and spend the money elsewhere.

Overall, it was a disappointing year living here. Oh, and to the next tenant, they will never clean the windows as promised.Additionally, plan on installing a ring camera or other surveillance as I have frequently returned home to an UNLOCKED door, when I KNOW that i locked it upon leaving in the morning.
