Cathy was very professional as well as knowledgeable. We don’t live in the area, so I utilized the online training session and it was fantastic. I like that I could work with my dogs, while she was guiding me.

We adopted 2 shelter dogs during the pandemic (when no in-person dog training options existed). Thank goodness for Cathy and her online dog training lessons! It didn't matter that we weren't local, Cathy was still able to guide us through training our adorable, but rambunctious, poochies--Franky and Nuala. Beyond routine training, she also helped us manage some unique challenges: Franky's motion sickness in the car and Nuala's boredom-related anxiety during her 8-week recovery from knee surgery. Cathy is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and easy to connect with. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

As we live in a very rural area, we worked with Kathy online and we can't say enough positive things about the experience.Technically, it was easy and smooth. Kathy was familiar with the procedure, We used Apple's Facetime as I liked the portability and the camera on an Ipad, but Zoom on another platform would work as well. I was the camera man and occasional distraction while my wife did the majority of the dog handling.We learned a lot about dog handling. The lessons were well structured, but with flexibility when needed. Most other introductory lessons show you the basics: sit, down, come etc... and then you are done. However, when she showed us how to do the basic commands, Kathy also explained the canine psychology behind the dogs behaviour in each situation. This allows, not only, for the dog handler to better understand not only the immediate task but to adapt depending on the dogs present needs and allows the handler to teach new things after the lessons with Kathy are finished. As well, our questions at the end of the lesson were answered then and if needed were the topic of the next lesson.If you are looking for dog handling lessons, look no further. In my experience, her online training was more productive than the simple lessons on teaching the basic commands – Not only educational for the dog and her people but FUN too.Dale, Murray, and BELLE
