I recently had the unfortunate task of handling my mothers estate and accounts. Elizabeth Koc was patient with me and went above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible. Every email and phone call to Elizabeth was returned, and every question I had was answered promptly. I also want to acknowledge Sandra Colton who was kind and very helpful when I needed assistance with my banking this weekend. The customer service couldn't have been better. Thank you ladies for all your help.
