I stop in at this location every morning. The staff are always in good spirits and at times, due to the location and popularity there are wait times. But this is the case with every good location. In particular Monalisa stands out as an exceptional employee. She always has a big smile and brightens my day. She clearly keeps the hustle on for her co-workers in a way that isn't stressful, and it's very concise. I keep coming back for the convenience, food, and good people behind the counter. Great job to everyone there.

Ordered a large turkey bacon club they didn't have larges so they said they would give me 2 small ones for the price of a large one I even re iterated at the window After waiting over 20 minuets of waiting he said no problem acted like he switched it and still charged me for 2 small ones and didn't put on the Bacon. Last time we went the buns were so burnt we couldn't even eat them will never return to this location and I suggest you don't either.

Stopped in for a couple of teas. Didn't wait long in the drive thru line and the order was perfect. We enjoy this Tim's location as it is on the way home and a great place to stop in when you need a warm tea on a cool morning. Just the right thing to pick you up. Always enjoy stopping by Tim's for a bevy.

This Tim Hortons is consistently disappointing. From incorrect orders, to a near 15-minute wait for a single bagel. All with sub-par customer service. This store reeks of poor management. Avoid at all costs.

The service was good but they had run out of whipping cream but gave me Oreos at no extra cost and this was on the vanilla ice Cap so good!This was at the north shore location on Windsor. Needed refreshments and the ice Cap hit the spot!! Even without whipped cream!

Quiet awful considering we went through the drive through, staff either rush you or are so lazy, one worker does almost al the work. They rush you when your ordering, or go completely silent at random, ordered two sandwiches and ended up getting four. It’s clear they do not care.

I never write bad reviews but this one I couldn’t lie about. This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They always forget items in my bag and they rush you out of the drive through so rudely. If you ask for something as simple as a receipt they get upset and it completely throws them off track. It’s always difficult ordering at the drive though because you can’t hear them and it takes forever repeating yourself while yelling into the microphone. I try to give them a chance everytime I go back it is the same poor service.

Never write bad reviews..... But this Tim Hortons is just something else. I keep going back for more abuse. Time after time my order is always wrong or missing things... Bacon BELT (Bacon Egg Lettuce Tomato) Sandwich without the egg kind of wrong. Taking my order, taking payment, then telling me they’re out of 3/5 of the ingredients they need to make it and attempt to offer me 'alternatives' like extra sauce, because who doesn't like a mayonnaise on mayonnaise sandwich.. OAT milk just means more milk. OR the time it took 3 attempts just for them to make me a hot chocolate WITH whip-cream on it... Like give me the whip bag I can handle this for you. They told me it was because they're currently under staffed. Sorry the empty drive through and 2 patrons sitting down is too much to handle for your kitchen. If you have any self control just go somewhere else.

Terrible service consistently. But this particular time I ordered 50 timbits, I then received a box of not even 30 timbits! Super disappointed. If there is a problem with giving me 50 then don’t charge me for 50. Never going to this location again. If I had looked inside the box before I arrived at work, I would have gone back inside to complain but it was too late.

This time Hortons drive thru is freaking insane. The service is absolutely horrible. The attitude of the crew is just ugh. I don't recommend going here. Plus they don't sell me the grilled cheese melt, the grill machine is always broken down. So stupid.
