I liaised with Richard at Quebec Acoustique for a purchase of a SVS SB-1000 Pro subwoofer. He was professional and timely in our communications and sent a convenient invoice that I paid securely over PayPal. The subwoofer was shipped the morning after payment and I received the item on my doorstep the following evening. The service was incredibly smooth and professional. Honest and great customer service.I initially went to buy SVS Ultra Bookshelves and Center speakers from Electronics for Less but I had headaches and bad experience with them.Québec Acoustique is the total opposite of Electronics for Less. They can be trusted and upfront to their clients. No wonder why have 100% customer approval.Richard took care of my order with ease. He is amazing and I highly recommended dealing with him. Call him first to get a better deal .

I order from this store virtually and received excellent customer service. When I placed my order they was a slight error with it and the store contacted me right away and we sorted it out really fast and to my complete satisfaction.The product was shipped out immediately and was packed really well so it would not get damaged in transit.If I am buying any more home theatre equipment I will be looking at purchasing from this store again.
