Were very quick in getting tires in from another city. Pricing was competitive. Friendly staff. However Installation staff did not read all instructions on the work order. Had to repeatedly ask for air pressure in spare tire to be topped up. Was eventually done.

Worst service in st johns. Awful customer service and they didn't even know what they were doing past changing tires. If this is the only place you can get an appointment there is a reason for that.

Got a flat tire and couldn't get it off in the driveway to put on the dummy tire, so I called GCR Tires about it. Instead of upselling additional services, they saved me a lot of money by recommending a tow instead of a service visit. I always appreciate that kind of honesty when they could have just upsold the service and I would have been none the wiser!Had the car dropped off there after hours, called first thing in the morning and they had all 4 tires (as I requested) replaced within a few hours. The cost was very reasonable, and service was helpful and prompt. Will definitely be returning here when I need tires again!

While they were the best price in town, they kept the key to remove lug nuts from my vehicle. My new mechanic had to pry off the nuts, and replace them as I no longer have the key to remove the tires on my own.I confronted them, they denied it. Will not be back.

Trevor answered my initial phone call and assured me that the company could meet my emergency tire needs. When I arrived at the business he greeted me politely and arranged to have my tire examined and subsequently supplied me with a necessary replacement tire which was quickly installed on my vehicle. I really appreciated the kind, friendly, efficient service which I received. Thanks, Trevor and other staff members.

Called Keith at Kal Tire on our way from Bona Vista to St Johns looking for a set of trailer tires as ours were taking a beating from the potholes. The team at Kal had the tires we needed, and had the new tires on the trailer in the time it took to get lunch across the street at A&W! Thanks for the excellent service and affordable prices!

waste of money, i personally recommend not to go there unless you have big issue with car because they will charge you the money and wont do work perfectly. moreover, when i asked questions about my inspection service, they didn't answered me properly and took my money with providing me my inspection slip. disgusting service.
