Stay away.Orders take forever to be processed - we ordered in May and were told it would be ready in 3 weeks but did not receive the glass until September. A complete lack of communication from GlassFab - multiple emails & phone calls not returned - during this time. When the glass finally arrived, one piece in the middle of the crate arrived broken - confirmed prior to loading onto our vehicle. When we installed the balance of the order, one of the pieces had a significant defect on an exposed edge. The obvious defect was polished over and attempted to be passed off as finished product.GlassFab has refused to replace the broken & defective pieces and will not return any communications about it.Zero customer service, zero accountability & completely incompetent shop.Do not waste your time or money.EDIT: the owner's reply is not truthful. Our glass was initially scheduled to arrive on June 11. It didn't. On June 15 we were advised it would arrive on July 2 & if that didn't work for us we could cancel. We said we could make it work and stuck with it. That was the only time we were offered a cancellation. From that point on it was multiple 'confirmations' about when the glass would arrive, including 'your glass is made but a few pieces broke while loading so we're waiting until the replacement pieces are made', amongst other excuses. In reality, GlassFab Aldergrove hadn't paid GlassFab USA for previous shipments and GF USA was refusing to ship glass until they were paid - our order got held up by internal mismanagement & politics between the two entities, not COVID related supply chain issues.Despite all that we were still willing to work with them. In addition to the (2) replacement pieces needed we gave them a small order for sealed units & 6mm mono glass (manufactured locally by them) - to see how they'd perform on the small order where another shop couldn't be used as an excuse, one last chance if you will.Their response was to essentially ghost us. They refused to deal with the replacement glass pieces, gave us an email for the US shop for us to deal with securing the replacements directly (zero response from the US shop to multiple emails) and told us they weren't going to sell us more glass.Honest companies that have integrity don't do that. We've been in business for 20+ years - we don't rely on luck for anything. Thanks anyways.
