Fortinos Burlington Guelph Line

I have consistently received excellent customer service from Heather for catering services. I'm delighted with the catering that Fortinos offers and how customer-friendly it is to order, as well as modify orders. Thanks for your help Heather!

Ordered the Xmas Prime Rib dinner last year and was so impressed that it's my go-to for large family dinners from now on. Just did the Porchetta roast at Easter and it was a great success!

Great store with great staff. Never had a problem here. Always friendly, always fresh food. If I ever had a problem with anything, they handled all problems politely and professionally. This is not my home grocery store, this is my away from home store and I wish it was my home store.

This is one of the best Fortinos stores I have been too. Produce, meat, fish, baked goods are of good quality and fresh. Excellent service and friendly staff. It also has many ancillary stores: Pane fresco (prerared baked goods and food) Flower shop, Joe Fresh, Wines. I highly recommend this store.well stocked for Christmas.

I bought flowers from the floral department today for mothers day. The young lady who did the arrangement for me was absolutely fantastic! She did an amazing job and i am very happy with the entire experience.

Great store, lots of variety. Prices are higher than other places. Fresh foods are better quality.

Staff are great but the products leave a lot to desire, especially produce that’s routinely spoiled, especially berries and cherry tomatoes.

Horrible customer service at The Mobile Shop located inside of this Fortinos. It says its permanently closed online so I can't write a review for it. We delt with an Asian lady who could barely speak a word of English. We asked for a sim card for PC mobile and she tried scamming us into a plan that we didn't even want. Good thing I caught it and didn't sign the paper work! We went to the Mobile Shop up in Alliston and had a much better experience! They were very friendly and helped us find the best deal possible. It's alot further but it's worth the drive if you would like proper customer service and not a pushy experience.

Fortinos on Guelph Line and Upper Middle is really something special.Store is always clean, carts are always available, product is always in-store ready and fresh and the customer service is just outstanding.Every employee in the store has been very nice to me and I have to point out the team at the fish counter especially.Jason, Captain Matt, Sean, Kevin and Danielle are amazing!! I come in weekly to purchase fish (Mainly Tilapia) and the team are always great on letting me know what's on special, recipes, where the fish is from as well as some fun facts about the fish. You can get a Masters degree in Marine Biology from speaking with these folks. Their expertise and recipes have helped me lose over 30 pounds and I can't thank them enough for their service.I highly encourage anyone to make Fortinos Burlington Guelph line their go-to grocery store.
