I went in because they had a boot I was interested in on display.Shout out to Byron who helped me that day, and even though they didn't have that boot in my size (larger) he was accommodating and had an option to order it in my size. If they had had it in store, I would have purchased them on the spot.The prices were high, if you shop at ardenes. But if you want good quality, you get what you pay for. I only handled the boots but they were good qualityIn summary ; Salesmen were nice, spoke english, store was clean, prices high but so was the quality. Would shop there again.

At the end of January, I was at the store to buy a handbag as a birthday gift. The two gentlemen working there gave me white glove service. I was truly blown away by their level of effort and attention to detail. It is one my best customer experiences in any retail environment.

Stop using BoxKnight to do your deliveries. You are damaging your reputation and ruining what was supposed to be a positive online shopping experience. I will never buy anything online or to be delivered from you again if the only shipping option is BoxKnight

They have better customer service than little burgundy (next door). The personnel was really helpful, he let me know when they will have more on stock for models that were sold out. And they tell you what sizes they have available. Very professional, definitely will go shop again next time!
