We called Dave in at our place of business to repair our ice machine.Dave was prompt, professional, and courteous; he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable at what he does. Dave only did what had to be done in repairing our ice machine, and it is working 100% now. In the past we have gone through our share of technicians only to have less than satisfactory results, that resulted in us having to pay someone else to redo their repair work.When it comes to Dave we would highly recommend him without any hesitation.Dave will not over sell or put you together.Westridge Inn

I called Dave at Anarchist Mountain Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, when it was 34 degrees...going into a long weekend and my A/C stopped blowing cold! Everyone’s nightmare!Dave picked up the phone at 6pm at night (personally) and was at my place by 7pm to assess and determine a plan. Followed up with a detailed email and photos of what the problem was and suggested parts that would be required to repair.Said he would order for 8am the following day. He did so and followed up with some bad news, that fan motor was 3-4 weeks out given a US supply. What would next steps be?He was able to find an alternative solution to modify another fan motor to get us back up and running as soon as possible.With my approval, he ordered those parts, which arrived by 1pm the following day from Kelowna.He then called me at 12:30 once parts arrived and was back at my place to install and repair by 1:00pm. All was repaired and we were back up and running by 5pm.He also was considerate enough to take down the portable A/C units I had put up in short term and stored them exactly where we wanted them.Dave was a pleasure to deal with all the way through this process. He is a very good communicator, with descriptors and details that we all would understand.We all want Service Technicians (in any industry) who will take our calls when we are “in need”, respond in a timely fashion, communicate with/to us and with a sense of urgency and some level of attention to detail.Finally, provide a solution.Dave was all of this and more!I would highly recommend him for all your A/C needs. In fact, I already have to friends and family!He will be the first person I call for A/C repair and maintenance going forward.Chad McGregor
