Mike and Mark installed our hot tub and we couldn’t be happier with their service! They were exactly on time and very quickly had the hot tub in place in our back yard. An hour and a half from their arrival our hot tub was in place, filled with water and was heating up. They let us know step by step how to add chemicals and how to maintain water quality. Nothing seemed rushed but the were very efficient! I’d hire them again in an instant!!

These guys are legit. I never leave reviews but I had to with this company.They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I would recommend them to anyone who asks (and I already have!)Seriously. Do not hesitate to use this company. You will not be disappointed! Stop looking and call these guys!

We bought a new hot tub from arctic spa, it was delivered by Monte and Nick (November 2022). Super friendly guys, very informative, and immediately dealt with an issue as soon as it arose. They made the delivery stress-free and easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had our hot tub installed by Monty and crew this week and it could not have gone smoother! The team showed up on time within the allotted window and made quick work of unloading and getting the tub into position. They were all very professional and did not mind a gaggle of excited new hot tub owners peering over their shoulders through installation. Monty went over all the chemicals needed and best practices for maintenance clearly and professionally and even helped me get the app set up on my phone for the tub. Great service!

Monte, Mark and Alex delivered our new hot tub today and there service was fantastic. They arrived right on time and had some tricky spots getting tub past pool steps but all was done without a glitch. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone requiring a hot tub move. Well done guys!

Wow excellent customer service! Ontario Hot Tub services delivered and setup my hot tub in Muskoka, they kept me notified of exactly what time they planned on being here and when they arrived where very professional with the installation of my hot tub. Totally reviewed the operation of my tub, including chemical treatments and testing. They also followed up with me two days after the installation just to confirm everything was good and if I had any questions. I highly recommend them!

Monte and Nick did an amazing job moving a very heavy and old tub my in-laws didn't want anymore. Very knowledgable, professional and helpful. Will definitely be calling them back for any future needs!!!!!
