If I could give negative stars I would. I arrived there last Sunday in November 2020. I walk in and I assume where you pay is way on the other side of the where you walk in. As such that is where the employees are. Two female workers. They turn to look in my direction. That is all they did. Not even a hello. I walk around the upper part. Now I would have expected them to send a sales person. They don't do that. I go to the stairs to get to the lower section. I proceed down the stairs these are old wooden stairs that make a distinctive loud noise. They heard the noise and still they sent no one. A friend of mine who has come into a very large amount of money wanted a bedroom suite for his daughter couldn't make it that Sunday. I went for him. It's a good thing Roy's Furniture is having such a great fiscal year that they can ignore a customer. I was in that store for almost an hour. Not one person approached me. I didn't see anyone on the lower level. Roy's Furniture will not get a dime from me and you won't be getting a dime from my friend either. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Go here first before looking at other stores! I’ve purchased many furniture pieces and appliances and have never been disappointed. Always great service and selection. Our fridge died last year and we were able to have a new fridge delivered the next day! This was not possible at other big box stores or other local appliance stores (it would have been a 2 week wait minimum!). Roy’s also carries many great furniture brands that are made in Canada and fully customizable. I look forward to my next purchase!

I recently ordered and purchased a chair from Roy's. To my disappointment I did not like the chair on delivery. There was absolutely no problem returning this chair and reordering a new one. This is the 4th chair over the years I have purchased with Monique. They have excellent service and furniture. The delivery men were extremely careful and courteous when delivering our furniture. Thank you Roy's for many years of excellent service.

Was there for a quote last Saturday. Older salesman was showing us a bed they had on display and also encouraged us to look at a website of a Canadian made furniture company. After repeating multiple times that we wanted a quote and that we would have a look at the site he recommended, he proceded to enter our info in the computer. About 20 minutes later, the salesman asked if we were paying cash, debit or credit?? We told him we wanted a price and we're not purchasing anything yet. He accused us of misleading him by giving him the impression that we wanted to buy. At this point, we had no idea how much it was going to cost. No price given. We told him that we wanted pricing only and asked if our info he had entered in the computer would be saved and he said NO, deleted all info, wrote a price on a business card and threw the card towards us and said, here's your price! Will never go there again and spreading the word on our bad experience. Don't bother shopping there!

I have shopped there afew time great service ever

No inventory, the managers are rude , never buying there again! I wanted to support local but I regret it . We have been waiting for the two chairs that complete our dinning room set and was told we would get them in Feb and when we called we had to fight with them and tell them we didn’t get them . Because they kept saying we did after the fighting they finally told us we would get them in the morning . So they had our chairs the whole time . This was my first experience buying new furniture and it was not what I expected . Hopefully there service gets better because they have beautiful items

Worse retail experience of my life. Wouldn't recommend this retailer. To make a long story short, finally got furniture after 6 months, paid for higher grade product and ended up with a lower grade (no refund for the difference). Never pay in advance for something you haven't seen. Should you choose to shop here, all I can say is good luck!

We cannot express how happy we are with the purchase of our leather motion reclining sofa. The leather feels amazing, the comfort is more than I expected, and the service...well...we are so pleased!!!!! Roy's went above and beyond to meet our needs and urgency and the delivery guys were so clean and smooth moving, set it up, made it look easy, covered the floors, wore their masks, and overall fantastic. I am so happy. I have bought from from a few major places over the decades and have never shopped at Roys before but do not think I will shop elsewhere again. Roys furniture Sudbury will be my go to.

Excellent customer service. We have shopped here so many times over the years, and even though we shop around the big box stores, we almost always end up returning here. Great selection and flexible payments.
