I have had my insurance with Strums for over 20 years. They have always taken the time to explain in detail my insurance coverage. Whether in the office or on the street they always have time to talk and a warm smile to greet you. Very professional, very friendly and all about community. Just great people to do business with.

Jenny who works here is amazing! My sister went through her for car insurance, and said she was awesome. My boyfriend and I just got tenants insurance through her. She was so helpful and quick! Took less than 4 days, over a long weekend for her to set us up. Thanks Jenny!!

After having an incredible increase on our insurance policies from another agency, we decided to shop around and landed with Sturm's. Horrible experience with Strum Insurance and especially the Windsor office. We were treated unbelievably rude and unprofessionally. They made a mistake on their side, but instead of getting any help, they cancelled us! I would give less than one star if I could, never been treated to wrongfully and aggressive as by one of the Windsor staff and the manager Robyn. Not only were we sold the wrong policy (what even the manager of the Lunenburg office admitted), they refused to undo the cancellation even after admitting they made the mistake. Instead, all we heard were meaningless accusations and deflection. Highly recommend to go to a different company - I did not have any of the policy and behaviour issues with any other insurer in 30 years.

Stephanie’s strong knowledge in the insurance industry has helped me make informed decisions about my claim. Although I am not happy with my insurance company, Strums & Stephanie have been great to me. Certainly recommend!

Horrible , Calle didn’t just to ask info and the broker was so so rude and pushy all I was doing is asking how to prepare , I would never recommend anyone call this place , give your business and hard earned money to someone else who will at least be polite , disgusted
