Requested quote for scraping my car online, got response within 30 minutes, pickup agreed, came to get it within 30 minutes. Sam Friendly, agreed price over phone was re-negotiated upon arrival. Less than offered over phone, but this is common with these types of businesses. So it was expected. I had forgot my disability permit in the car and Sam mailed it back to me right away and it came two days later. The entire process was smooth and professional.

Offered $1500 over the phone. Showed up and lowballed with $700. Tried to convince me of imaginary problems with the car ( had a mechanic look at it the week prior). Told him I’m sticking to my guns and the lowest I would go was $1250 and if he tried to haggle anymore he could just leave and waste his money on gas. Stick to your guns with these people! They say they will give the best OFFER! Doesn’t mean they pay you what they offer.
